I have a partial which had teeth to pop off. I was able Friday afternoon to arrange an appointment for 8 a.m. on Tuesday morning. All staff were very helpful , professional and kind. I plan to start seeing them for dental work in the future.

I had a frastrating experience with this clinic. I went to there for tooth bridge and paid $1,494.6 out of pocket after insurance accepted by Aspen dental.

Then I did my treatment in August 2021 but without any notice they cancelled my last appointment. At the same time I received a bill of $5,151 on 10/14/2021. I called the clinic and being told to ignore that bill. However the same second bill was received on 12/20/2021 again. I went to the clinic and was told the regional manager will contact me for this issue. But nobody called me after that so I contacted Aspen dental customer service to solve the bill. After several weeks finally the regional manager Mayra Nevarez (806 282 3***) called me and confirmed to waive the 5k bill. To my surprise Aspen dental keep sending the same billing notice even after their manager's waiver confirmation. This month I start to receive notices from the debt collector to pay this $5k again. I don't know how Aspen dental handle my case but overall I spent too much time and energy dealing with Aspen dental.

Honestly if I could give less than 1 star I would because aspen dental will lie to you to get you in their office and then upcharge you on several s3vices you didn't ask for and they don't tell you that on the phone.

Karen at the Tyler office answered my call as I was trying to find a new aspen to go to since my curre t one in Longview has been less than helpful or successful. She was amazingly compassionate and helped me get to Nicole in customer satisfaction who was amazing as well. Nicole then tried to connect me to the regional manager to no avail and let me know that she would send an email to the regional manager to get in contact with me. The attitude the doctors seem to have at the Longview office is “oh well, you made a choice and we warned you not to” and seem only interested in money, not making things right. The doctor was nice enough when I had her pull all my teeth AFTER forming over about $600 for failed fillings (they all fell out in a total of three days) and first reaction was “ oh, your fillings didn’t fall out!” And when I went in with the holes empty they changed it to “these are difficult surfaces, etc”. They finally agreed to my initial request to pull the teeth. When I was being fitted a man in a similar position and age was being told about all the work they wanted to do again, similar work even and he said just pull them all..the same doctor that made me get all the fillings and root canal before she would pull my teeth told this man “ok, I’ll have them take impressions for you”. When I told the dentist the temporary teeth were too big she told me my gums would shrink to fit them…? I went with it, new to dentures. They never fit properly, damaged bone and gum, had several adjustments and a soft reline and still can’t use them with the huge gap in the front of them. Forward to new molds , wax bite, and now wax try in and got told when I complained “that is what Fixodent is for”…….I kept getting belittles for my choice with condescending commentary and I’m sick of it. I tried to get an appointment to speak with the denturist specifically and I can’t without the dentist there. The same one that keeps being negative about “the choice” I made that she “warned” me would have “consequences”. Long story short, don’t go to aspen in Longview if you can help it. Especially if you don’t do what they tell you to do.

The staff was friendly, however they are very expensive. They said I had an infection in my nerves did not give me a prescription. I was there for 2 hours my toddlers were getting fussy so I had to leave they said they would call me in a antibiotic. They never did. I called multiple times. I also had a discount that should have been applied and they told me my discount couldn't be applied because my husband didn't have coverage. I called them and said I did have coverage. They even called the office to explain to them how to apply my discount and they never gave me the cheaper price. I wouldn't spend one penny of my husbands hard earned money with Aspen Dental. They are over priced and when you have an infection don't give you a antibiotic unless you book a expensive procedure with them.

I had originally give Aspen 5 stars but after my last visit i have reduced it to 1 star! The treatment plan provided to me was highly inaccurate, they were suggesting i needed new crowns on 3 teeth that have crowns less than 2yrs old on them installed by Aspen in the same office. Its simply a money grab for these people, very disappointing.

I went in yesterday for an X-ray and antibiotics. I knew I needed some work done and neglected going. My dentist did not make me feel bad and her assistants were also beyond helpful and knowledgeable. She answered every question I had including costs so that I know what I have to do in the future. I had two teeth extracted (which was great because I thought I’d have to just have medicine and wait until a future appointment). Throughout the pulling the dentist kept making sure I felt okay and wasn’t experiencing discomfort. All of the staff were smiling and talkative and it made for a very comfortable experience. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but I like going to Aspen Dental. (By the way having teeth pulled is miserable)! Thanks again Aspen, see you Tuesday!

The employees were very nice. I have high anxiety and Alex made me very comfortable. Thank you Miss Alex for your patience with me. The only things I wish were different was the cost could have been better but the ability to finance through them saved me a lot of grief. Also the length of the waiting time. Over all a good experience and great atmosphere
