My mother is 86 years old, she broke her bottom denture in 3 pieces. I called to schedule an appointment as soon as possible, they were totally booked up but took her name and when they had a cancellation they would call me back. The very next morning they called and could see her. This office is very professional and courteous. They treated mother with care and understanding. Dr. Ajayi, Deanne, and Gionina are the best.

my mother was giving a loan towards her dental we were told that she would not have to be out of pocket and that the temporary partial were not the original ones

Months gos on no one calls me
When we did call they said all those temps would be replaced for nothing come on in we will make it right I’m here to tell you my mom had to be out of $586 wow and now they say oh we don’t tell people because those are just temporary and we don’t tell them because they have a lot to worry about really it’s not right that they use my mother she’s paying on a $3000 bill for them just to look at her mouth
I will be calling the Better Business Bureau
social media and anybody else that I could think of this is the most horrible place that you could ever go these people care about nothing but getting the elderly money aspen dental your teeth are rotten!!!!!!

I woke up last week (April 12, 2019) with a pain in my mouth so bad that I couldn't talk, I couldn't chew and I could barely close my mouth. I had an old filling come out of a tooth that needed to be pulled. I called around to several places to see if I could get it pulled that day, so I could get back to work. I was lied to, and told I could get it out that day if I could get to the Longview office. I went, waited over 2 hours, had xrays done, and then told it was too infected to pull and that I needed antibiotics and pain meds. By the time all was said and done, I didn't get any relief until after 330 that afternoon, and it ended up costing me my job at The Insurance Shop. Since it took all day, and I didn't make it back to the office, and I had to get put on the schedule for the 18th it just took up too much of my time for Alex Hernandez to let me keep my new job. So while my dentist visit that day was horrible, the 18th was fine.

I am not satisfied with the dentures or the way they are made. I believe they make all dentures the same way, they didn't even try to make the new dentures look like my old ones. I feel I was over charged for what I got. Wish I had never gone there!!!
Well it has been 9 months since I had my full set of dentures made here, I am wearing my old top dentures and the first bottom they made if I could still wear my old broken bottom ones I would! I want my money (2600.00) back cause I didn't get what I paid for...

It is ridiculous that I have had to call this office several times over the past week due to a billing error on their part. I spoke with my insurance, which confirmed I had coverage during the time of service. My insurance also confirmed that Aspen Dental should have been able to receive my account information with the information I had provided to them (several times, at this point) - so it appears that they had never called them to confirm. Each time I've called, I'm told I will receive a call back and NOT ONCE have I received a call back. I keep having to call and never receive any answers.
*EDIT: I have just called my insurance company (again) and they confirmed that they have received no calls from Aspen Dental to confirm my insurance.

I was totally ignored for the first 10 minutes I was there from the time I walked through the door and signed in. The dentist was very rough with me and caused a lot of pain. He didn't numb the inside of my gums before putting the needle in and it brought me to tears. I told him it wasn't numb but he proceeded anyway. When I called and made the appointment I asked how much it would cost and she told me, but I also asked her if that included my dental plan, and she said yes. They charged me full price and told me on the phone just now that they didn't show a dental plan for me on file. These people don't listen worth a flip!! Totally unprofessional.

Went in for initial consultation that has to happen before you can have a cleaning. My appointment was at 3:00, I wasn't taken back until 3:30. I had x-rays taken, then was led to another waiting area and was told they had to clean a room for me. I waited roughly another 20 minutes in this waiting room. I was finally taken to an exam room where I was told to wait for the dentist to examine me. After 45 minutes of sitting alone in a chair without anyone telling me what was going on, the dentist finally came in. He poked around at my teeth for about 1 minute then told me I would need a cleaning. (Which I already knew and was the entire purpose of making the appointment). He then left and told me someone would be in to talk about making another appointment. I waited another 20 minutes until someone came in and walked me to the desk to schedule a cleaning. At this point, I was ready to walk out but having already wasted 2 1/2 hours at this office, I figured I might as well go through with a cleaning and scheduled it two days later. I was shocked to learn I had to put a deposit down just to make an appointment. I have never had a medical procedure work in such a way. I left very annoyed and having wasted 2.5 hours of my time wherein I only saw employees for about 15 minutes of that time.
Coming back for my cleaning, I was not excited. The cleaning did not take nearly as long as the consultation and was adequate, however I have no intentions of using this facility again.

The assistant manager and hygienist went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. All our questions were answered and we left out of the office very pleased. We will be recommended Aspen Dental to others!! Well job staff
