As mentioned in another review, the staff at the front desk is friendly and very considerate. That's why there's 2 stars instead of 1. The doc doesn't communicate effectively, I went in for numerous visits over an extended period and there were visits when the doc would not even examine my mouth and associated healing processes. When I asked about this, I was told the doc doesn't look at your mouth unless you request it. AT A DENTIST'S OFFICE! I should have researched them further, I've since gone to Yellow House Dental and the service and professionalism was a night and day difference. I've given Abbeville every chance to make this right for me considering the thousands out of pocket I've paid them, and they have refused. Take your $$ elsewhere, there are better options in our area.

Everyone was wonderful.. I have a lot of anxieties when it comes to doctors and medicines but they calmed me down and stayed right by my side. Kensie did an awesome job talking to me thru the procedure and was very sweet making sure I was OK constantly. Will definitely keep going back.

cash cow business. Called for a cleaning and to establish. They do not tell you the insanely huge waste of time that will happen your first visit...in order to clean your teeth a “treatment plan” has to be developed which includes quite a lot of “optional” expense which are unnecessary. Over 2 hours....still waiting to get my teeth cleaned I asked “do you happen to know how much longer?”
The lady responded with “why got somewhere to be?” And laughs. Then goes and checks. Roughly an additional 10 minutes minimum to wait with and approximate 30-40 additional minutes left in this visit. She states we don’t really schedule you in for cleaning we just fit you in. That would’ve been nice to know up front.
Absolute worst customer service, insane optional costs in your “developed” treatment plan (that you have to wait to discuss with yet another person).
Left the appointment with no valid information (other than great ways to spend money on additional optional treatments) and cleaning not done.
I’ll go elsewhere where good quality efficient patient care is first.

Everyone on the staff, from receptionists to everyone on the dental team, was professional and kind. I would definitely recommend Abbeville North.
Sadly, It had been a while since I had seen the dentist, so I was nervous about seeing someone about my teeth. I felt embarrassed and the whole thing was nerve wracking, but everyone made me feel comfortable and ready to help me get my teeth to a healthier state. I am very impressed with their service and care. I am very proud of the choice I made for my dental care.
