Don’t know who I just spoke to but she answered the phone so aggressive with “How can I help you.” And I was about to speak and she goes “HOW can I HELP YOU?” And I go “uhm just seeing if you take a certain insurance.” And I told her what I have and she sounded almost disgusted that I had medical insurance and goes “Yeah. No. We don’t do that.” I was about to ask if I could just pay out of pocket because a friend recommended I go here. But I’d rather just not deal with staff that talks to customers like this. How appalling. Hope whatever her issue is she gets it sorted out.

My first visit to Aspen Dental was very pleasant. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful and made me feel comfortable from the beginning to end explaining everything that needed to be done and the cost of any procedure.

0 stars! The Lubbock office is a joke. They cancelled my appt in June because they literally had NO hygienist. Waited MONTHS for them to get a hygienist. New appointment finally came around and I took off from work for it. When I get there they tell me their hygienist is behind and I will have to reschedule! Unbelievable! The lady at the front tried to keep my debit card too. I had already given it to her when she told me about having to reschedule. I watched her put it under some papers and hide it. When I got upset about resceduling and told her I was going somewhere else I had to make her give it back!This office is run so poorly and they definitely let you know that the patient does not matter to them one bit!

I had an appointment at that office that was scheduled for weeks. At the time of the appointment they told me they need to reorder another one as color didn't match so I need to come back for the third appointment for the same tooth and! I will own them 1000+ for their services as they stopped accepting my insurance from September 1st. The last part would cause financial hardship, sounded more like blackmail than customer care from medical professionals. I was under impression that as employee of the Texas Tech University systems with the comprehensive dental plan and a returning customer of Aspen Dental I would not be in the position like this: blindsided by the medical professional at the time of the service, moreover that bill will be due no matter if they finish or not what they started with this tooth in August, when they failed to warn me about any changes with my coverage. Be aware: dollar value is what matters for this Dental office, not customers.

Everyone that works there are very nice and cares about you as a patient. They make sure you understand your treatment plan and make sure you are OK. I am not a fan of going to dentist but I recommend Aspen Dental to all my friends Great service in a caring environment that makes you feel very comfortable

facility refused to discuss any pricing with me over the phone, I told them i had no insurance and would have to pay out of pocket so I wasnt interested in receiving treatment until I learned of the cost. They agreed and told me to come in so that we could discuss pricing. I scheduled a time to come in and then waited 2 hours past my scheduled appointment before I was ever seen by a tech. The tech then told me that I would need to have xrays done so they could quote me a price and assured me I was not being charged for them. I agreed and 30 minutes later I was awaiting the dentist. I very kind dental hygienist came in and informed me that I would then have to agree to have a cleaning before the Dentist would even meet with me to discuss pricing. I declined and explained my frustration at having been kept waiting 3 hours now past my original appointment just to get some prices and told them I would be leaving and was very unsatisfied with the way the ran their business. Its now been 4 weeks since and I just received a bill for the Xrays which I had been told I was not being charged for. Shady and not transparent in their business practices, I felt coerced and was lied to my face.

Got my teeth checked out 7 months ago. They told me I’d need a cleaning and have a few cavities. Let them know I’d be back in 6 months once I got insurance and it was active to cover the cost they said okay. I go today and get told the insurance doesn’t cover it and I’ll still have to pay $200. This was never told to me 7 months ago. Why have me wait so long when I have to pay anyways? Apparently I need a cleaning for Gingivitis. Never had that before and was never told I did have that when was seen. Could of had this taken care of 7 months ago. They don’t know what they are doing here. Glad to know I have a form of gum disease that I was never informed about.🤣 This place is unprofessional and don’t seem like they know what they are doing. Then you walk in and they just stare at you and start whispering. Felt bad for even going in. Don’t go here.

When taking my dad in for dentures, Aspen Dental took the time to explain all the processes involved. Sometime after the first session of the process, my dad had a gum injury (no fault to the dentures), so I called up Aspen’s emergency number. They returned my call right away and got my dad taken care of. We were greatly relieved of the situation and give kudos to Aspen. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental because they truly care about their customers.

Very minimum wait time before my appointment. Great improvement over the first time I visited Aspen Dental. The dental hygienist, Susan was very good and helpful in providing advice for various products to assist with mouth hygiene.

I went into this location and was quoted around $3400.00 after my insurance, so I paid the whole thing up front. From there I felt I had nothing but bad experiances with this location. Several times my appointments were randomly moved without them even notifying me. When I would call about this the receptionist was very unfriendly, and seemed like she really didn't care about my issue. After the 3rd time this happened I really didn't even want to go back, but I had already paid for the services so I went in to get 2 of the 4 fillings I needed on 8/23/18. At this appointment the doctor had drilled a whole into the side of my lip and never said anything about it to me. I didn't notice until I got home because I was still numb from the novicane. I immediately called and was unable to get a responce until right at closing time when they finally called me. The doctor admitted he had done that and proceeded to tell me it will just heal up on its own. This made me not ever want to go back but I needed my soft lining done the next week because they were falling out on me and it was hard for me to even go to work with the way they were. I went in for my soft lining on 8/28/18 and requested a refund for the services I had not received because I do not want to have any more work done here. It's been over two weeks since the filling and the whole he drilled is barely starting to heal, and I have not heard anything about my refund. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
