Aspen Dental did a good job on extracting one of my tooth that had a cavity on it. Then I decided to get a partial to replace the one that was extracted. First. I was disappointed with the partial they presented me with. But I guess .I should've asked what the partial was going to look like . I thought it was going to be something different then what I got. I guess I have to get used to it...

Do not and I repeat DO NOT get dentures from these people. After having 5 different teeth come out. They want to charge me every year 160 for exams. The guarantee is no good unless you pay them. Worst customer service ever.

Tried several times to get in for follow up, when I did the last that helped me rushed thru did not listen, kept making excuses about them being short handed. This is what I have been told many times while trying to get in.
Services is not at all like it was when I started there 1 and a half years ago.

They were polite and professional, but I wasn't very impressed. Everything just felt commercialized and I didn't feel that they cared for me as an individual as much as I was another person they wanted to put through their billing system.
