Last time I was at Xpress Dental was 5 years ago and today I needed some treatment done and the friendly staff made me feel calm and relaxed and the cleanliness, professionalism from all the staff, hygienists and Dr. Tan was still extraordinary! They explained everything in detail of the treatment I needed and how long the process would take to get it done and also what type of payment plan I could use. I am so thankful that they will help me get back in having healthy gums and teeth!! Highly Recommend :)

Very little waiting time and great, friendly people taking care of me

A great visit! I am very grateful for the team at Xpress Dental. While visiting family in Texas, I was hit with an acute pain in my molar. Being far from home, I was reluctant to go to an unfamiliar dentist. I found Xpress Dental because they are one of the only dental care providers open on the weekends and evenings that also take drop-ins. I am so happy that they were open-- it was a great experience that relieved me from a painful situation.

Xpress Dental far surpassed any expectations I could have had. They took me in right away, regardless of my out of state insurance, and helped me to feel comfortable. The intake process was swift and painless, and even though I had no scheduled appointment I didn't have to wait long. I was treated very well, I was impressed by their expertise, and their accommodations were clean and modern. Dr. Tan had a very kind demeanor and I felt very confident with his quality of care and equipment. With evening and weekend hours, they truly are dedicated to convenience for their clients. Thank you for everything Xpress Dental!!!

I visited Dr. Tan's office on Good Friday. I honestly though it would be closed. I went in as a walk-in because I am suffering from Bell's Palsy at the moment and I wanted to make sure that my pain on the left side of the jaw was not due to a tooth infection. It was not. I did get excellent service as this was my first time visiting Xpress Dental. The office smells good, has a kid's corner with books, games, and ed cartoons. I have never been so comfy at a dental office. The service was fast and cordial. I was worried since I have dental insurance, but was unsure if my dental insurance would be able to get verified. They did everything to get it verified. I was relieved to have paid ten percent of the total. They gave me quotes on my next visit and some possible work. I had a great experience with Dr. Tan as well. He was compassionate and helpful, and seemed super jovial too. The dental cleaning was not too painful and thorough. I totally recommend Xpress Dental!

Receptionist, Appointment Clerks, Front office staff are in dire need of Training!! The professional staff Hygienist, Dental Techs and Dr. Tan are very professional and courtesy. Their clerks, secretaries and appointment personnel are a different story. Highly unprofessional, unfriendly and in need of some customer service training. They must not realize, its Dr. Tan's and the professionals staff patients that pay their salaries and put food on their tables.

I tried to make a simple appointment today and the appointment clerk, told me my only option was to come in as a walk-in, I would have to wait and I'd be seen when they had time. I don't call an appointment phone line, to be told to come in as a walk in. Give me an option for the next available actual appointment. My only option today was to come in an wait instead of letting me, the customer decide, when I wanted to be seen.

The ladies who work the front desk are always rude too, they sit there looking at all the patients, like we are a nuisance to their cell phone, gossip time. They only act professional when one of the back office medical staff comes around.

Dr. Tan is awesome but his clerical staff needs a lot of training on how to treat his patients.

First time at Xpress Dental and as my little girl was so nervous and scared, the staff quickly put her at ease and were so nice and professional. Dr. Tan also very professional and very nice, also put my little girl at ease immediately. I will recommend this office to everyone. She's already looking forward to her follow up appointment :}

Great service from beginning to end. Was impressed with the office and staff. Thank you for all y’all do. Had x-ray/root canal/permanent crown placed all in one visit. Doc was awesome! Will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends

Been here before and had a great experience, but today I took my daughter who is 6. One of the female staff members was really rude and seemed to have no patience for my daughter who was scared. She was really rough and made my daughter cry. She literally asked me if my daughter was gonna let her take X-rays or not because she had other patients she needed to take care. She was in such a rush and was so rough with her. They did not even try to help us and just recommend us to a specialist. Never will I go back or recommend this place. Dentist is extremely nice but that one lady ruined it.

Dr.Tan and his team were amazing I was in and out in no time and my filling took very little time highly recommend this facility I am from Austin and came down to visit our grandson and I was pleased and happy with the work done on my filling thank you Dr.Tan and Team

Writing this review while waiting for my Crown after my root canal. I was so scared, but the amazing staff and Dr. put me at ease. Best experience I’ve had for such a procedure. Very fast with minimal discomfort. Highly reckoned this dentist for any dental needs.
