I went first as I had been suffering with a toothache. Wonderful!! Dr. explained everything and my options including pricing. Gave his recommendations but left it up to me, then had a pain free experience. Very impressed!!
Also, my husband went back on a Sunday afternoon and they got him right in x-rayed and filled two teeth. He said it was quick and completely pain free. Highly recommend for emergency procedures especially. Dentist has such a kind, gentle manner.

This used to be a good little dental clinic. I have been going to this clinic for more than 4 years. I recommended this clinic to a lot of people. The clinic expanded to 2-3 times bigger than the original size during the past couple of years, and there is still only one doctor. Gradually, this clinic has turned into yet another awful dental clinic in the valley. There is ALWAYS 1 to 2 hours of waiting now. There is no public wifi so if you forget to bring a book with you, you are stuck at the waiting room or exam room with a bad TV. The staff are incredibly rude. The hygienists are generally incompetent and there is a constant turn-over. The doctor sees at least 16 patients per hour (this is what the staff say), which means 3-4 minutes per patient. That is obviously not enough time. I will not return to this clinic.

There isn't an issue in every aspect with Dr. Tan; he does his job well. Our issue is that when I went for my last appointment, they charged for their "Sanitation Fee" due to COVID-19 when our cleanings are 100% covered by the insurance! This will be an ongoing charge per visit - $15 for regular cleaning & $30 for all others. Why is that the patients' responsibility?!? They should be making a claim with the dental practice's insurance for it!!!

Disappointed waited 2 1/2 hours for a one minute look from the doctor and he had to schedule appointment for another day.. I addressed the time issue with doctor and doctors excuse stated that because I was a walk in and there we’re many patients that had emergency that he couldn’t do procedures. I had called early morning and hey said I had to be there before 5 so I left work early to make sure I was there... still nothing was done. Doctor seemed more interested in double booking and triple booking his appointment.. disappointed last few visits were the same and were scheduled.. I should have known better. Sad because doctor does good Work but don’t recommend... especially if you work or think they will work with schedule

I have been to approximately 7 or 8 dentists in my life, and Dr. Tan beats them all by a wide margin.

While I am not trained in dentistry, it's pretty obvious that his skills are top notch. He was able to do things with my teeth that other dentist told me were impossible. He is very aware of, and a great manager of, pain.

He is also much more honest than any other dentist I met. He has never pushed me in the direction of more expensive options, in fact, he has recommended cheaper options when they made more sense for me.

I've spent a long time with Dr. Tan over the past few months as he has replaced a bunch of dental work from Mexico. I am very happy with everything.

And if that wasn't enough, he's a really likable guy, and his staff is about as friendly as they come.

This is by far the best dentist. Staff is always friendly, professional and you don't have to wait like at other offices. Dr. Tan is always so helpful and very knowledgeable. Recommend this place! Plus they're OPEN WEEKENDS super convenient!

The doctor is very nice and did a good job. I liked it a lot. But, there assistants are not so good and nice. They haven't called me back for the order that I paid in advance... No follow up or anything.

I was in a lot of pain and needed a second opinion. I was dreading to go because most places take a long time even with an apt. Not here!! They were fast and friendly!! Will be coming back in the future !!!

Xpress Dental is amazing!!! I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist due to a childhood trauma. The staff and the Doctor were great. No pain during my tooth removal. Thank you so much.

I found Dr Tan several months ago in search of a dentist open on a Sunday because my son's crown had cracked and was starting to bother him. I was so grateful that Dr Tan is open weekends. If it weren't for him my son would have had a horrible night with tooth pain. He's wonderful at explaining things, telling you what options you have and really listening to you and answering your questions. We had been to different dentists but had never committed to taking the whole family to just one until I met Dr Tan. Since then I've taken my 3 kids, went for a cleaning myself and my husband is next. I gotta admit I'm kinda picky but when it comes to our kids, parents just want the best and I'm glad we found him. Very pleased with all the staff at Xpress Dental.
