This is by far the best dental office I've ever been to! Dr. Rivers is very thorough and professional and is up to date on all the latest and greatest dental procedures. The whole staff is really friendly and I felt amazingly comfortable during my entire visit! The office is beautiful and super clean. The equipment is all brand new and they have the most up to date technology and equipment possible. My cleaning, x-rays and checkup were completed in around an hour without any issues whatsoever.
I was so impressed that I cancelled my daughter’s appointment with her regular dentist one week later and brought her to River Ranch Dental. Dr. Rivers identified many issues that the previous practice had failed to address. While I was waiting, I took advantage of the complimentary Keurig Machine and a comfy couch. A great internet signal and Netflix access on the flat screen made the time fly by while I waited for my daughter to finish.
Excellent location (no traffic)! Convenient Hours! An awesome experience! I will definitely be recommending this dentist to all my friends.

It was the first time at this office and the appointment was for my two year old son, which was his first visit, but everything went smoothly. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming, even from the moment of calling in an appointment with Mary El. The staff knew it was my sons first visit so they knew to take things slow so he wouldn’t get scared. The exam went so well we have an appointment set up six months from now. Hoping to continue the “no cavity streak”. I look forward to my sons future visits, to keep his teeth looking and feeling their healthiest. Thank you!

Since my husband and son received such great care while visiting the staff at River Ranch Dental, I decided to go for a visit for myself and I am glad I did. Immediately when you enter the building you’re greeted like family. It is shocking how the hygienist and Mary El remember certain things from previous conversations but it shows that they care about their patients and the individual relationships between every client, which I find very welcoming with a sense of calm.
Dr. Rivers is an amazing dentist and does fantastic work. He makes you aware of the situation on your teeth and answers any questions you may have and offers honest opinions on the correct path of treatment for your teeth. I have visited him twice for treatment and my teeth are already feeling and looking so much better.
My family and I will continue to visit River Ranch Dental for all our dental needs.
By the way, the TV’s with Netflix is an excellent feature and helps with anxiety during the visit.

The actual visit was great second to none. Unfortunately when it came to communication after the visit as far as prescriptions and the communication with the pharmacy from RRD it was very disappointing to say the least. Will not go back. This was MY one and only time dealing with them.
