Staff isn’t very professional and friendly. They know my family by name when we come in. It was important to me that we had a dentist that the whole family can come to. Ever since we moved back to Houston Dr. Ellis and her team have been taking care of us.

Dr. Ellis and her staff is very professional. I used to go to another well known dental office for 18 years and never did I receive the service that I got from Dr. Ellis and her staff. Dr. Ellis explains the x-rays in a most comprehensive manner so that you can understand the oral exam. She is very motivating, knowledgeable and enjoys what she does. Thank you Dr. Ellis and staff for all you do. You are a tribute to the dental industry. I would highly recommend Smile Design Studio, Family and Cosmetic Dentistry to anyone.

Kim N., my hygienist, was not only kind, informed and patient, but also inquisitive and to the point (which I find particularly valuable lol). She answered all of my questions and took particular care to ask about any abnormalities she noticed. Dr. Simone was equally as wonderful! She offered detailed advice on how what I should do to maintain my cleaning and, of course, she has a bomb personality! Kudos to the wonderful front desk staff. Beautiful and kind women that I look forward to encountering again.

This location is perfect me for the staff is all women. They have a welcome office environment, they live to laugh, while working. My first I was given a tour of the different suites and they had snacks. I was given a step by step order of everything that was going to happen at my visit. I met the dentist she was nice and explaining to me her steps also. Right now I can't wait to go back, I have never said that before. See you soon!!

I had the best dental experience today. The whole staff is friendly. Kimberley at the front desk took care of me when there was a problem with my insurance. Amber explained throughly about what needs to be done to keep my teeth healthy and was extremely friendly. Dr. Arafat was extremely nice and provided a good plan to improve the longevity of my teeth. Great experience. I highly recommend.
