As a teenager I had braces and with that came a visit at least one visit or more to the orthodontist and the dentist; because of that I really do not like going to the dentist at all. I literally normally put off going until I am in extreme pain.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ellis for about two years now; she and her staff have worked with me in getting all the work I needed done in the most cost-effective manner possible. I truly feel that they care about me as a person and not just trying to max out my dental insurance like some doctors do.
Dr. Ellis is truly loves what she does and you can tell it from the design of her office; to how she greets you that she is passionate on making everyone she encounters in her chair have the best possible experience and smile possible.

I absolutely love this dentist office! From beginning to end, I could tell that the team really cared about the customer experience. From a quick tour of the office to being asked about the scent of aromatherapy I wanted to use, I felt really at ease and of importance. Dr. Joy and her team were really helpful and explained my treatment plan very well, while still keeping in my mind my own personal goal of how I wanted my smile to look. I look forward to a long time relationship with the doctors and staff here!

Had a great experience. I usually have a lot of pain during a dental cleaning but Kim was very gentle with me. And pointed out some issues I was having with gingivitis and took care of it to prevent it from getting worse. Very fast and non painful. 10/10 would recommend!

My experience at smile design studios was truly one of a kind. The ladies at this location are very helpful and kind. Dr. Ellis is incredibly sweet and knowledgeable about all things Dentistry. I absolutely love the way she greets all of her patients as if she has known them personally for years. Though this is my first time here as a patient, I felt completely at home. If you do not already have a dentist (or even if you do) stop by and let Dr. Ellis and her phenomenal team take care of you. You will not regret it.
