My visit today was a great experience! The few ladies whom I encountered with, was very welcoming. Starting with Ms. T, to Ms. Kelly, then meeting Dr. Joy. The atmosphere was very relaxing and made me feel at ease with my procedure. This will be my regular dentist office moving forward. Thank you ladies.

My favorite dentist by far! They are so warm and welcoming when you arrive. They get you checked in for your appointment on time I have yet to wait after my scheduled appointment time. I love that they explain your care to you before getting started. I would highly recommend.

I recommend this facility to anyone wanting exceptional Dental care/service. The entire staff is welcoming. The facility is clean, organized and offer so many different options to making you comfortable. Refreshments are A+. I have never felt more comfortable and at ease in a dentist chair. Dr. Ellis is awesome & her team is remarkable. Dr. Ellis takes the time with her patients and answer all questions a patient may have about treatment plan/procedure. Although the dentist office is not my favorite place to visit Smile Design Studio's staff was excellent; some of the best customer service I have ever seen. My cleaning was done by Mrs Tever who was VERY caring and competent. I would certainly recommend Smile design for anyone and I would recommend using them perhaps to train additional staffs in customer service...

I’ve had a great experience with every visit. Alexis at the front desk is so welcoming of the patients which in my opinion is very critical to the experience. My hygienist, Kim, is spectacular and Nina is very thoughtful with explaining what to expect and so far she’s been on point. And then there’s my Dentist, Dr. Joy, she’s so laid back and friendly ( but I guess you have to be if grinding teeth is your profession lol) The facility is clean, the atmosphere is relaxing which always makes for a good visit. Please check this place out if you’re looking for a dentist.

I had a great experience at smile design studio. Everyone is professional and kind. This place is super affordable and takes the time to explain the treatment planwith patients. Only concern I have is availability of staff for appointments for routine and maintenance cleaning, seems to typically book further out than I would like .I would definitely recommend all my family, coworker , friends.

For a person with heavy anxiety from being in a dentist office, this place was great. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The office itself is very clean. I never have to wait a long time, they move quickly here and they do such a great job! I highly recommend!
