I was looking for a new dentist office and SDS came across my IG with another patient's review and I liked what I read. I made my appointment immediately and had my first visit not long afterwards. Everyone from the receptionists, dental assistants, the dentist herself and during the checkout process were beyond amazing! They took the time to explain their desired care plan to me for me and I've never had that done before. I've had some unsettling dental visits with other offices and this was the best experience I've ever had. I'll be scheduling my finances appointment next and I will be recommending SDS to others!

My teeth whitening experience was amazing! Ms. Tever walked me through exactly what was going to happen. She checked on me often to make sure I wasn't experiencing any pain or sensitivity. The office environment was so welcoming and decorated so nicely and the ladies that work there are super friendly. Dr. Ellis is very energetic and kind. Although I didn't have to see her, she checked in on me as well to make sure that I was comfortable. My results were instantly seen (see before and after). I would definitely recommend a visit to this practice.

I really enjoyed my first visit! The office is absolutely beautiful and very clean. Allam (apologies if spelling is incorrect) did my cleaning and was very gentle and thorough. Dr. Joy did my exam and was sure to answer all of my questions. I’ve definitely found my new dental home!

OMG Dr Ellis and Penelope are the 💣. When I say I ❤️ ❤️ MY DENTIST AND HER STAFF!! It’s the most awesome experience I have had at the dentist. It literally took her 2 minutes at the most to pull a tooth! I definitely recommend Dr. Ellis a million times!

My experience at SDS unfortunately has not been a pleasant one. I was seen twice at SDS once in May and once in June. Both times I experienced a one-hour wait time which is unacceptable when I have an appointment scheduled. I am not scared of dental procedures therefore, I like to get in and get out. Dr. Joy and her staff need to work on their punctuality with patients. After my cleaning was completed, the receptionist gave out the wrong price I was not contacted via e-mail or by phone from this office with an explanation, I was just told at my second appointment I owed “x” amount. I find this very distasteful especially since I told the receptionist I want to pay in full for today’s appointment and the next.
Secondly, I have been waiting almost two months to hear back about wisdom teeth removal. All of my x-rays have been completed at this office.
Nice decor does not make up for a lack of customer service and time management. It is very unfortunate that I have spent my money here and the service has not matched the price tag.

Very friendly, phenomenal staff, great work culture! Great Atmosphere! I would recommend this dentist to anyone. There is no need to be afraid, the hygienist were easy with the tools while cleaning! I wish I could give this place 10 stars. The first best part is the kiddos can watch movies, Netflix, while getting seen to ease their minds. Second best part about this office is that they are open on some Saturday’s! Don’t hesitate schedule your appointment now!

Update: I went to SDS 2 weeks ago and the experience is STILL amazing. The new office give you a spa like vibe; it is definitely top notch. I completed my Invisalign treatment last year; I am so pleased with my new smile. Dr. Ellis is the best along with her staff. Do yourself a favor and head over to Smile Design Studios!-11/2020
Smile Design Studio is an AMAZING experience! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! I drive about 45 minutes to get to the office, but the drive is completely worth it for the service that I receive!-2/2020

Smile Design Studio is wonderful. I have 3 girls (16, 7, and 8 months) who honestly weren't too excited about seeing the dentist. However, they were so reassuring, caring, gracious and made them feel like home. I would definitely recommend them for family services. Thanks so much!
