Visited the smile design studio today for the first time! I Love The decor and the atmosphere. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Joy, Kelly,
& Ms B were amazing. They really helped to ease my anxiety. Although I'm not stoked about having dental work done. I'm not as anxious about having it done here! 😁😅😅😁

Dr. Joy and her staff her staff is amazing. I was greeted with a amazing customer service. They walked me through everything from the beginning to the end. Dr. Joy is very knowledgeable and friendly. I can’t wait to come back for my next exam and to start my treatment. I definitely trust her to get my smile to that Hollywood glam look. You will not be disappointed.

Hi all… My name is Ferman. This is an honest review so I am not compensated in any way. I love doing these types of reviews because I love sharing great experiences with others. I’m in my forties so I’ve been to the dentist a few times, and each time I had to go, I dreaded it. Perhaps, you’ve felt the same way. We recently moved into the Missouri City area, and my wife booked us here at Smile Design Studios. I didn’t know what to expect at first, but I actually enjoy my visits to the dentist now.
To start with the receptionist area has a very nice ambiance, so I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. I had a choice of aromatherapy, coffee, movies, etc to choose from while I experienced my dental services.
I met Dr Joy during my visit and she is AMAZING! She took the time during my visit to explain in detail the long term plan for my dental health, and was never in a hurry. I learned quite a bit. She is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant.
When you meet Ms Kelly, you are going to love her. She is AWESOME and personable! I felt very comfortable during my visit. She even got me booked next day ASAP because my HBP was too high that day to get my deep cleaning done. I came in the next day, and I taking care of without hesitation.
Ms Kim performed the deep cleaning on my teeth. She is also very knowledgeable, pleasant, and thorough. I had a deep cleaning procedure done previously but Ms Kim was far more thorough than anyone. My teeth felt great afterwards. I also received great aftercare.
So my point is, we found our Family dentist! And they are AMAZING!! Come by and make them your Family dentist too!

Facility is always nice, clean and smells great. The atmosphere is excellent as well as the people. Dr. Ellis is great at what she do. She gave me some really good advice and has been wonderful in helping me achieve the smile I desire.

PAINFUL & NOT WORTH IT! Rude management and unprofessional staff. Your money and mouth are better off at another dentist office. While in office, Multiple clients come back because their teeth are hurting. Had to wait over 6 months for my teeth to get done and they had me walking out with Austin Powers teeth. Some of these “dentists” need better schooling and not rip ppl off or waste their time for you play around in their mouths.

This has to be by far the greatest dentist experience I have had in a long time. Not only were the staff patient and attentive, but they were very friendly and genuine people and I appreciated that. And the office itself is very clean and welcoming. I believe I found my forever place. I highly recommend!

I have been coming to Smile Design Studios for a over 3 years now. Before my first visit, I hadn't been to the dentist in over 10 years, and only came by default, because I had an emergency, and had no choice. My anxiety has always been extremely high, when it came to dentists, so when I first went I had to have my husband come with me, for every appointment, Dr. Ellis, Kim, Penelope, and Crystal, all made me feels very comfortable. Dr. Ellis is AMAZING, Kim and Penelope, are absolutely wonderful, and the rest of her staff, from the front office (Crystal and Miracle), to the new dental hygienist (Janelle), are all so personable, and kind. I no longer have the anxiety (at least not as much) and can go all by myself, now. Thank you Dr. Ellis and staff! TOTALLY recommend Smile Design Studios!
