Customer service at the front desk was great the two times I have been in the office. The office smells great and is very clean.
Sonila was my dental hygienist and she was fabulous. Very thorough job and she had a gentle hand. This office stands out to me because after 15 years of having my braces off, Sonila noticed I still had glue from them on a couple of my teeth and she worked with Dr Whinery (who has a great bed side manner) to get it off.
Also, just to note, my fear of dentists. Having my teeth worked on is not my favorite thing but I felt at ease and comfortable at Northlake Dentistry today. Highly recommend this office and their staff!

I had my front teeth crowns replaced this month. I was so nervous! The staff was so gentle and cared about me being comfortable through the entire process. My temporary teeth were beautiful which made the wait for my permanents to arrive easy!
Yesterday my permanents were placed and I am so happy! My smile is beautiful again! It's even more beautiful than it was! My teeth looks so straight and the color matches perfectly!
Dr. Winery was so wonderful and encouraging with her staff the entire way through! They all cared about me and that I was happy!
From the front staff, to the assistants to the Doctor, I am so happy to call Northlake Dentistry my families dental group!

Dr. Catherine Whinery is the best. She has been my dentist for years. She is gentle and does great work. The staff is great. They are very caring and professional. They will help and answer any questions without issue. My dental care is in the best hands at Northlake Dentistry.

My husband and I both loved our experience at Northlake Dentistry. The staff is so kind, thorough and accommodating. Our hygienists gave us both the best cleanings we have ever had! The dentist was gentle and wonderful! We also were not pressured on any of the "extras" which seem so common in this area. We have already referred them to family members. 5+++++ on stars for us!

My wife and I recently moved to Northlake, TX and wanted to find a Dentist close to our house. We heard great reviews from neighbors in our community and decided to give Northlake Dentistry a try. I'm so glad we did because Dr. Kevin Nguyen and his entire staff are amazing. The entire team makes you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in until the time you leave. Dr. Nguyen is on top of the latest advances in dental treatment and the technology used in the office is top notch. Office is modern and very clean. You want a Dentist office that treats you special and listens to you then I would highly recommend Northlake Dentistry.

As with every service industry, the staff make the biggest impact and difference in the customer experience, though Northlake Dentistry seems to have cornered the market on the top talent with the best culture I've ever experienced in any of the medical/dental offices I've been to in my life. That's enough for a 5-star review from me, though I will also point out how state-of-the-art the office facilities and equipment are and how confident I am that this will be my dentist for life and the only one I heartily recommend to anyone within driving distance!
