Northlake Dentistry

Great group of professional. I was made to feel at ease from the minute I walked in the door until the minute I left the office. They called to validate how I was feeling a day or two after my appointment. I would highly recommend this practice.

I had a great experience at Northlake Dentistry. The place is fresh and clean giving you a sense that the staff take pride in what they do. Bethany did a great job with my cleaning and made sure I was taken care of. Dr. Nguyen is genuinely kind and took his time with me explaining what I need done.

Northlake Dentistry has been awesome with myself and my family. Very neat and well maintained location as well as the service is outstanding. They bend over backwards for us, especially when we had a chipped tooth situation...they worked us in and I got my daughter back to school. Billing is on point and most of the due diligence was already done, per us completing the paperwork and sending in, before we arrived.

I will be the first to admit my reluctance to visit a dentist. However, from the time I stepped foot into the office, Dr. Nguyen and the entire staff put my mind at ease. Tommy informed me of all the billing options without breaking a sweat, and even answered all of questions in regards to potential future costs. I had the pleasure of having my teeth painlessly cleaned by a hygienist named Alexia, who explained what she was doing step-by-step. She would constantly make sure I was completely comfortable in the massage chair. That's right, they have MASSAGE chairs that are totally worth the price of admission. Another hygienist named Bethany even stepped in to help out to speed up the process. After my painless cleaning was done, Dr. Nguyen did a routine check and explained my options to have a cavity filled. I'd previously met in before in a couple of the Northlake Harvest events, and he was every bit as nice inside the office as he was outside. He was even willing to work with my schedule around the holidays to get the tooth filled. Words can't express the gratitude I have towards Dr. Nguyen and his team of professionals.

The office is very nice! Clean and state of the art. The chairs massage you while you get your cleaning. They are very thorough in their examination and cleaning. You also get to watch anything you want on Netflix while you are there! I had a great experience! I will be taking my whole family there. Also, they have a space for babies and kiddos!

I've been to Northlake Dentistry twice now, and both times I was totally impressed. Dr Nyguyen was very patient and took his time with me explaining procedures options with a no pressure approach. His dental assistant Madison, was also very good to explain things as she was working on me and so very sweet in making sure I was 100% comfortable. I think she's the first dental assistant that seemed to be "queen of the suction" making it where I never felt like I was choking when they were drilling and rinsing. She was on top of that and that meant a lot to me. Their spotless offices are equipped with "State of the Art" equipment and the entire staff was pleasant, and professional. I've finally found a dentist office that I'll be using from now on! You too will be a repeat customer if you give them a visit.

Love this place. I have never been someone who enjoys the dentist but they are changing my mind!! They have been so great since I've started going to them. The office is super clean and so nice. Massaging chairs are an added bonus too!! The staff is INCREDIBLE. Dr. Nguyen is the coolest doctor/dentist I've ever been to. He is so down to earth and easy to talk to. All the back office staff walks you through everything they are about to do which is nice for no surprises. The kids cleaning area is beyond perfect for kids, with a special prize after their cleaning (good prizes too!!!). The front office staff is so polite and personable. I cannot say enough good things about this office. If you are looking for a dentist, look no more!!

Such a great experience at Northlake Dentistry. The staff was very welcoming and made me feel at home. Dr. Nguyen did an excellent job on my crown and I couldn’t be happier. If you are looking for a new Dental home, this is the place to be!
