The girls up front was very rude, I simply told them to call the referral dentist to get my insurance info 5 days before my appointment, they didn't do that... when I arrived they wouldn't listen to me about my insurance, I had to call my insurance company myself to get them my info... the wait time is ridiculous I waited 2 hour before the dentist started the extraction
The dentist was very nice and explained everything great...but the ladies at the front and the lady that came in the room to explain the out of pocket cost and insurance coverage was very rude
I would recommend service to others ONLY BECAUSE THE DENTIST WAS VERY NICE
But I will let others know about the rudeness and the wait time
After my extration, extraction, dentist was awesome,I want to thank him for such an awesome job

Everyone at Bliss Dental is always smiling, friendly, and so comforting. I went 3-4 years without out my back teeth and when I came in, of course I was crying. The dentist and I had already spoken about my excitement & tears however the assistant had no clue. Tears were rushing down my cheeks from the excitement, the assistant grabs tissue and starts to wipe my tears. She asks if I'm ok and I give her 2 thumbs up!! After the dentist places the bridge in my mouth and secures it, I tell her...I am not hurting! I'm tickled with excitement and the dentist and I have spoken about my tears....as I'm looking at the dentist, taking a deep breath, holding my tears in!! Talk about caring and loving.....the staff actually care about us as patients!!

This is not a good place to go. I sat there for 2 1/2 hours waiting for my teeth to be cleaned. The person who put the gel in my mouth was rude and uncaring. She didn't even introduce herself. You know if you don't like what you do for a living then maybe you should look for another job.? Then by the time another lady checked on me, I wasn't numb any more. She went to talk to the dentist and said he was coming right in. He never came. I left the
room and asked for a refund.

I am very afraid of the days have been since I was a child and they made it very very painless. They were very sympathetic and made sure that they went out of their way to make me comfortable. Would definitely recommend them

If I could give a 0 I would. When I got cavities they said they got them all, but they didn't so I had to make another appointment with them. Their waiting time is so bad. They even say face covering required but when I walked in today all the workers who work at the desk didn't wear a mask. They said that they called us and left a voicemail for my retainer but they never did call. I tried calling them today also and they didn't answer, and I've called 3 times already. Don't go to this place.

They’re great! They made my teenage son feel like he was part of their crew! The ladies tried to make my son as comfortable as possible and I’m so happy we chose Bliss Dental East Odessa! Thank y’all & God bless

I can feel the changes here at this location since I last went about 6 months ago. Things seemed to have improved.The female doctor is very great although she is a little hard to understand but her profession makes up for it. Also, the front desk by the name of Audrey is truly amazing and shows her professionalism as well. Thank you Bliss Dental for being great with my kids!!!!

I have neglected my dental care since 2004 because as a student I was never able to afford coverage worth having. I had also been to Big Box dentists like Abbeville, and Aspen Dental only to be told I needed $8000.00+ ($2k+ish X4) for a deep cleaning of all 4 quadrants. At this point I'm living on Uncle Sam's dime on disability and such pricing, even on financing is quite out of the question. I saw Dr. Aguilar today and was told such treatments we're not needed! Maybe later if i resumed chemo or failed to maintain my hygiene it was going to be a need for maybe 2 quad. at most. 300 some odd dollars (now covered by Medicare) i will have some spots touched up and finally get my 2 front teeth (Santa never got the memo🤷) back. So excited and very please to have found this facility and Dr. Aguilar. Oh! I had my first regular cleaning since my last as before mentioned (2004). Looking forward to commiting to this care plan to completion.

A very positive experience. Everyone (doctor and staff) was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was explained before & during the visit. Office was very clean and staff was very conscientious in using appropriate protective equipment. Felt very safe. Highly recommend !!

First time coming into bliss. All of the ladies at the front and the hygienists in the back were very friendly and nice. Both dentists that worked on my mouth were nice and pretty professional. I will continue to use bliss for my dental work from now on.
