If being in a dentist chair frightens you then going to Sweet Family Dentistry is a must . Dr. Chan was so gentle and comforting and explained everything that was going on with my teeth in great detail. Everyone in the office from the time I stepped foot through the door treated me as if I were family. I thank you so very much for the care that was given to me for I had recently had a very bad experience with the last Dentist I went to. Thank you Dr. Chan, Abby, Elizabeth, Tanya, Miriam, and Jasmin. Blessings to you all, I am looking forward to my next visit.

Sweet Family Dentistry has been the best dental office I have ever visited. Dr. Chan is extremely thorough in explaining the process of your visit. Dr. Chan and his staff are so kind and make you feel very comfortable, from handing you the remote control to the television to choose what you would like to watch, to offering a blanket each visit in case you get cold. I had several procedures done at this office, and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great office in the Rowlett area!

Having not not seen a dentist regularly in 10 years, my teeth and gums were in bad shape. Dr. Chan sat down with me explained my options and together we decided on a course of action that would work for me and my schedule. He did not judge me, but genuinely made me believe he really does care about his patients. The staff is very professional and a joy to work with. I actually look forward to my next visit, which is a major change in attitude for me and I highly recommend Sweet Family Dentistry to others who know they need to see a dentist but are apprehensive like I was.

I am very pleased and happy I found Sweet Family Dentistry. The office is very clean and organize. Elizabeth, Miriam & Tanya were really helpful and nice. They took their time and explained everything very well. Tonya the hygienist was very thorough. Loved her! Dr. Chan was amazing! He takes his time to get to know his patients. Overall such a great experience & im so glad I found this place. If anyone is looking for a good dental office look no more. Sweet Family Dentistry is the place to go.

I'm not big on leaving reviews, but my experience was worth mentioning. I was comfortable from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The staff is extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I experienced 0 pain during my cleaning and the results were better than I have ever seen. If you are looking for a new dentist, this is the place to go!

If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. My experience at Sweet Family Dentistry was wonderful from start to finish. It all starts with Elizabeth at the front desk. She immediately takes care of you with a smile and makes you feel welcomed. Abby and Miriam are the best dental assistants! They are gentle, outgoing, organized and very informative. Dr. Chan and Dr. Yip truly care about their patients by answering questions and explaining everything clearly. They treat their patients like family. You have to meet them all. Best dentist and staff by far!

I had a very good experience with Sweet Family Dental. I went to their office for a tooth extraction. Dr. Chan and his staff are extremely professional, genuine and friendly. I really liked the one-on-one meet and greet between patient and doctor on the first appointment. They made me feel very informed, cared for, and comfortable. I have never had a dentist that called me the next day to find out how I was doing after a procedure. I am super happy with their office and going back soon for my son's dental work.

We took our 8 year old son in for an appointment and he had a great experience! The office was very nice and new and everyone we interacted with was super pleasant and easy to talk to. Dr. Chan was very friendly and made sure we understood everything he was telling us about our sons x-rays and kept us updated on what they were doing. My son had a great time and is excited to go back! Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this office! My entire family has upcoming appointments here. Dr. Chan and his staff are friendly, professional, and very patient-oriented. I recently had a problem with a tooth and because I value Dr. Chan's honesty and expertise (he was our dentist when he used to practice closer to us) I decided to have him take a look at it, even though it's a bit of a drive. Dr. Chan was able to diagnose and provide me with a plan to help fix the problem. He patiently answered all of my questions, clearly outlined my options, and didn't pressure me into making a decision. I loved being able to see the x-rays on a large screen in the room as he explained everything (great new technology at this office!). I was presented with the cost before the work was started and the work was done quickly in the same visit. Dr. Chan also followed up the next day and addressed a common post-op issue. I am extremely happy with my recent experience at this office, thanks Dr. Chan!

It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Chan and everyone of his team whom I’ve come in contact with. They are extremely professional and super friendly. The new client meet and greet was a terrific idea! Overall, my first check up experience was outstanding and I highly recommend Sweet Family Dentistry:)
