Sweet Family Dentistry is the friendliest dental office you will ever experience. Dr.Chan is so helpful in explaining treatment and the process that comes with it. Walking in i was welcomed with a smile from Elizabeth and Jacquelyn. The assistants promptly bring you back with little waiting time. Jasmintae is so personable and funny. Tanya is the best hygienist and so knowledgeable. I am soo glad I have found a permanent dental home.

My mother was in need of a checkup and cleaning and I was fortunate enough to find Dr.Chan in network with her insurance provider. We were happy to find that Dr. Chan spoke Cantonese which is my mother’s first language so that put her at ease that she’d be able to communicate more effectively. Elizabeth, patient coordinator, was super friendly over the phone and scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. They also maintain an online patient form so you can fill out all the info before you arrive to the office. I appreciated their efficiency! Upon arrival, the staff and office were bright and welcoming. Dr. Chan took the time to get background information from my mom and put her at ease with any issues. He was very knowledgeable and professional and we really appreciated him taking the time to explain all the options for my mothers dental care. Overall we had a great first experience and look forward to going back for my mom’s dental needs.

Dr. Chan has been my dentist since 2017 and I’ve brought my entire family with me over the years! I am in the dental field and believe me when I say that Dr. Chan is one of a kind, from his and his entires staffs bedside manner all the way to treatment. I recommend this office to anyone, you’ll be a part of the Sweet Family for life!

The personalized service and state of the art equipment used is awesome! Just went in for a cleaning and my teeth never felt this clean and smooth!! Dr. Chan takes his time getting to know you and explains what needs to be done to make sure your dental needs are met. I am so happy I had a Sweet Family Dentistry experience!! The staff and Dentist far exceeded my expectations!

The previous reviews seem to be correct. Very polite, attentive, and personable staff that listen to your concerns. If you have put off going to a dentist as I had, this is the place to get your oral health back on track, comfortably. I will be going back on the 25th, but believe I will remain a patient for a long time to come. Great payment options for all.

Went back for the actual dental work which was a really deep clean (boy I needed it). Dr. Chan and his assistant Erika were amazing. Elizabeth was awesome as too:) My teeth needed a serious cleaning that I thought would be very painful, not here. They have the touch of angels and looking forward to returning for my cleaning in October.

Today was my first time at Sweet Family Dentistry and the experience was great!! Everyone is so kind and enviting! The Dr takes time to sit with you and get to know you a little before starting. He goes over everything with you so you know what is going to happen, and he continues to make sure you are aware and comfortable throughout the work. After they are finished they give you a warm towel to wipe your face before leaving. I used the lavender sented! Overall this was the best experience at a dental office and their current 5-star rating was definitely earned with great work and customer service.

Amazing and kind dentist office. Could not recommend more. They did not try to sell me things every 5 minutes. Dental hygienist Tanya was very personable and the entire staff were great. Please come here!

Dr. Chan & Dr. Yip are the best dentists I have ever met! They care a lot about their patients and making sure they are always comfortable and that they get the best dental care is their top priority! And WOW the Staff! They are the most loving and welcoming people ever! Miriam the assistant here is awesome, she has the best personality and does amazing with kids!. Her and Dr. Chan did an amazing job with my crown! The receptionist/insurance specialist Elizabeth is super nice and will always make sure you are comfortable and that your insurance is taken care of! This office is hands down the best team, they make sure you understand your treatment plan and that you get all of your questions answered! I definitely recommend it! 5 stars is not enough of a rating for this office! :)

We had a great experience at the dentist for our kids first visit. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to. The doctor met with us before to see what issues everyone was having and then things moved quickly throughout the entire appointment.
