sweet family dentistry had such an friendly atmosphere as soon as i walked Into the building. The receptionist is so sweet and made me feel right at home. She even went over the different treatment plans that would be right for my budget and let me make the decision on my own of what I needed for my teeth. Dr.chan and his dental hygienist all were very sweet and caring and made sure I felt comfortable with the whole procedure. Definitely recommend this dentist office. 10 stars ⭐️

Dr. CHAN was great. He took time to get to know me and my needs and concerns with my teeth. His exam room was very nice with tv and everything. He was constantly making sure I was comfortable during my exam. He also thoroughly explained my insurance to me so there wouldnt be any surprises in cost.
His dental assistant Ariel was great too. Very calming and reassuring she even helped with any paper work questions I had. They seemed to work very seem less together.
Overall a great experience. I drove an hour to get here and I will gladly do it again for my next appointment.

Dr. Chan and his staff were beyond professional and attentive to me as a patient. They were able to assist me by working me in with a very difficult schedule. Dr. Chan was very detailed in his examination and didn’t try to sell me on anything. He told me what was needed and that the choice for any procedures was mine to make. Elizabeth and Miriam are awesome at the office and make you feel welcome. I will DEFINITELY be going back!

I visited Sweet Family Dentistry on November 28 for check up and cleaning. Everyone was very professional and polite. Dr. Chan was thorough in the exam and cleaning. I appreciated his recommendations for future treatments I might need. The waiting room was very pleasant and attractive.

My experience here has been very home warming and caring. Elizabeth is has one of the best personality you could ever have and she has great customer service skills..she is the truth! And I also met a wonderful assistant named Jasmine and she comforted and accommodated my visit as best as i have ever had. It was a great experience and if i need any more work this would definitely be my first choice.

Great experience both times I have visited. The staff here is polite, professional, and punctual. The ladies do a great job keeping you comfortable and treating you in a timely manner. The entiire experience at Sweet Family Dentistry was top notch. While I have never felt nervous or uncomfortable about going to the dentist or having procedures done, it has always been a hassle and a chore. Not so with Dr. Chan and his team. Even though it has been too many years since my last dental appointment, I was still made to feel welcome with no lectures or chastisements about my lack of office visits.
The consultation, examination and procedures were very thorough. They took the time to discuss all of the options, the costs associated with each of them and let me decide without pressure. They do make sure that you are comfortable - down to sunglasses so you're not blinded by the lamp.
This is a worthy consideration for your dental care needs.

LOVE THESE PEOPLE! Dr. Chan is awesome! Very gental and truly cared about making sure I was comfortable. Dentists make me anxious and he made sure I got to know him and the staff b4 they even brought me back for the exam. The staff is all around fantastic!
