So happy that I chose to come to Sweet Family Dentistry. I was referred to them by my best friend and they are awesome. I recently moved to the Dallas area and had been to another dentist office and left with sticker shock. I called Sweet Family Dentistry during the COVID-19 quarantine. Dr. Chan called me back, had me take pictures of the issue I was having, assured me that everything was okay until the office opened. Once the office opened, Elizabeth called me to follow up and scheduled my appointment for me. She had my insurance benefits waiting for me, they performed my procedure and I got a call from Dr. Chan personally the following day to see how I was doing. THEY ARE THE BEST!!! I recommend them hands down! You will not regret coming to Sweet Family Dentistry!

Found this dental office on Facebook. So I decided to give it a try. Pictures looks nice with an updated facility and kid friendly. I booked an appointment for my 2 yr old daughter. She loved it as soon as we walked in. A space for her to color and watch a movie. She didn't want to even see the dentist. We were greeted right way by the front desk with kind and caring words. Filled out paperwork on their pad, which was super easy. Very nice office, all updated equipment. Our dentist was nice and caring. Took her time and asked and answered all questions. I liked this place so much that I booked my 14 yr old daughter's appointment. She wasn't so sure about switching dentists, but fell in love as soon as she walked in. She felt wanted there. Felt like home to her. Again we were greeted by the front desk, paperwork on pad. Then Dr. Chan came out to greet us and have a consultation. He asked questions about her teeth, asked about school and any plans for the summer. She loved it. He took the time to get to know her likes and dislikes before even looking at her teeth. Again she felt at home. The appointment went great, and we were all happy. No cavities!!!! We will refer everyone we can to this dentist. Please give them a try, you will love them!

I have been to several prominent dentists across Canada and the U.S. & this is by far the best experience I have had. Dr Chan is extremely knowledgable and friendly. Elizabeth and Miriam were great! You can immediately tell he and his staff have your best interests at heart and do not want to try to oversell you. They went the extra mile to accomodate me as best as possible as soon as I came in. I could tell during my procedure that Dr. Chan was not just any dentist. The efficiency at which he and his team operated at when working on my filling was better than any I have seen. I could immediately tell I was under the care of a true expert. I will be going back to finish up some daunting procedures (root canal, crown, deep cleaning soon), but after that initial experience and filling, I am no longer stressing and am actually looking forward to getting it done! I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a new dentist office. The high reviews you see here are earned!!

Dr. Yip and Dr. Chan are one of a kind. Geese I don't even know where to start.... My 12 yr. old daughter who is overly dramatic and anxious about any dental office felt extremely comfortable and at ease there. They took the time to get to know her and find out what her main concerns were. Dr. Yip explained in detail and showed me what type of dental needs my daughter needed to be addressed. I'm amazed and grateful that I found such a loving and caring office. You will not be disappointed. They exceeded our expectations. Truly!! I love how personable the staff is. We are super happy to refer family and friends to you and your beautiful staff. I can not Express enough what a terrific job Dr. CHAN, Elizabeth and Abby did for my son and I in our emergency. My son had a pool accident knocking out his front tooth The day of the accident I called Sweet Family Dentistry in a panic as our dentist was closing for the day and would not be able to see us. Even though Sweet Family was closing Dr Chan said yes come in he would wait. After inital exam referred us to the ER for a tounge injury. When I called the following morning they fit us in to have an emergency root canal and place a temporary crown. Dr Chan was amazing explained everything to my son made sure he was comfortable. Great hands on Dr. , Elizabeth was great in helping get all forms completed. And Abby Dr. Chan assistant amazing explaining to us each step. When she was building the temporary crown did an amazing job never once did she not ask my son opinion. Amazed at Sweet Family Dentistry they went above and beyond to help in every way possible in our emergency situation.

Due to some previous bad dental experiences, I am very anxious about having dental work done. Dr. Chan and his staff were super patient with me. Dr. Chan was very gentle, so I didn’t need shots or any gas for my deep cleaning. My sons have told me Dr. Chan was also very gentle and patient with them as well. I would highly recommend Sweet Dentistry and Dr. Chan.

I like their service approach . They give you enough consultation time in explaining the services and methods . There is no surprises everything is explained up front . I like Dr Chan's cordial approach , He knows his clients very well and does great job always. The whole staff are welcoming and offer comfortable atmosphere . The Dental Assistant was supper in keeping my Son full of attention to what she was doing . She is very nice with children and great what she was doing.
