I was there for my 2 sons 8 and 6 years old , EVERYONE in the office was so professional. Dr,Chan was knowledgeable and very informative.and it has such a pleasant environment. I had a great experience and will be coming back regularly. One of the best!!

I could write a novel about just how wonderful my experience was today. The word "sweet" is in this businesses identity because that is exactly how you can expect to be treated. Elizabeth, Mariam, Abby, Dr. Chan & his staff, are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. There is something to be said for this incredible staff here at Sweet Family Dentistry. These sweet people are kind, genuine, sincere, warm hearted, authentic, and honest. A patient next to me in the waiting area was greated by Abby with "room temperature" water because they knew that's how she likes it. I will be referring all of my friends, family, and everyone at my church to check out SWEET FAMILY DENTISTRY, no matter the distance. You will not find exceptional service like this anywhere else. My first visit here. They were able to see me on such short notice, when they were closing in less than 3 hours. Check-in with Elizabeth was so fast and efficient. I dreaded having to bite down for photos but Miriam made it painless. Dr. Derek Chan was able to give me pain relief and explain my options so clearly. I wish I could have hung out a bit longer I was so comfortable. Be back in a few weeks.

I am a very nervous dental patient and the doctors were very understanding and caring and made it the best possible experience. They were very gracious in getting me in quickly for a broken tooth and working me into the schedule for treatment. The front desk was very helpful and welcoming and couldn’t have been better. They have an affordable plan for people that don’t have dental insurance. I highly recommend!

Dr. Chan and his staff are wonderful they made me feel welcomed. I have never felt more relaxed. I had an awful experience before coming here. It has taken me 3 years to get the courage to try another Dentist. Dr. Chan was very detailed in his examination. He told me what was needed and that the choice for any procedures was mine to make.
