The Woodlands Dentist

Every appointment I have with this practice has been wonderful. The staff there is so helpful and welcoming when I walk in, they remember me from my previous appointments and are always so friendly. They are very efficient with your time there and always work with your schedule when setting up appointments. Makes going to the dentist easy and enjoyable!

Dr. Nellis and his staff are excellent. I feared the dentist and as a result I avoided going to the dentist. He and his staff made me feel comfortable and explained to me what to expect. They are personable and professional! I'm lucky I found him.

Have been coming to this office for over 3 years. Don’t plan on going anywhere else! I don’t even live in the woodlands anymore and I still go here. Dr. Nellis is very patient and kind, and he and his staff (Dee Dee is my hygienist and she is awesome!) do great work.

Dr. Nellis and his staff are the epitome of what a dentist office should be like. The entire staff, from front office to hygienists to Dr. Nellis himself are professional, compassionate and thorough. There are so many virtues that make this office better than any other I have visited in the past. The office is always on time and prompt with appointments. You are always met with smiles and professionals with great attitudes. Having been a patient of this office for over a decade, I can assert that the staff never tries to push pricey procedures on the patient nor do they "upsell" as so many dentist offices do nowadays. You get good, solid input into how to properly maintain your mouth and when a procedure is required, the costs are always economical. Dr. Nellis is often creative in the ways that he is able to treat problems and allows the patient to decide what is best for them. I've had several procedures done (mostly to fix the bad work of prior dentists) and Dr. Nellis was patient, caring and extremely gentle during those operations. His bedside manner is incredibly pleasant and it's obvious that he cares deeply about his patients. He's never in a rush and I sometimes forget that I'm not the only patient he is dealing with because he takes such a liberal amount of time making sure my teeth/gums are healthy. Finally, the practice is extremely clean and employs an abundance of new technology to help treat patients. There is a reason that my wife and two children also see Dr. Nellis and we have had nothing but an extremely enjoyable relationship with this practice for some time now. I am happy to leave this unsolicited post and know that anyone who reads this review and chooses this practice will be happy with the outcome. Thanks Dr. Nellis and staff for doing such an incredible job!

I have been a patient of Dr. Nellis for over 15 years. We had our 2 boys at a Pediatric dentist for a while and decide to bring them to see Dr. Nellis. My 15 yo, had an negative attitude about dentists because he has had a couple of bad experiences. When he came to see Dr. Nellis, he had his teeth cleaned by Dee Dee. He left the office smiling and so happy and see when he would return again. When I brought my 10 yo, he was so scared to go see another dentist. He was also seen by DeeDee and he enjoyed getting to meet her and was literally skipping on his way out and so excited to show every one his beautiful white teeth. In all the years I've taken my children to see the dentist, my boys have never been so happy! They both were so smiley on the way out if the office. Thank you Dee Dee and Dr. Nellis!!! 😁🦷😃😀

Dr. Nellis is fantastic. I've been to several dentists over the last decade and he is by far the best. Very professional and kind and explains everything going on so you're not left wondering!

God bless Dr. Nellis and his staff. I’ve been to a lot of dentists in my life. He is honest and will tell you realistic options and possible outcomes. I was losing my faith in dentists after some bad experiences. I have had a lot of cosmetic work done in the past 5 years. I can take a lot of pain so if I am crying in pain, it’s bad. He only gave me one shot for an extraction and it worked perfectly. I only wish I’d found him sooner!! So grateful!!! Thank you for being real with me. Also, I got a waterpik about a year ago and it heals my gums. They swell up most likely due to an inflammatory disease I have. I highly recommend Dr. Nellis and getting a waterpik, too. 👍👍 (because I saw a review saying they push the waterpik too hard)
