I love this dentist. They are super kind and listen to any needs you may have!

I have been going to Bluffdale Dental for the past 5 years or so. I found them through a referral from my sister-in-law when I had a tooth break in half. Can I just say, I NEVER thought I would EVER say that I look forward to going to the dentist?!?!? I know it sounds crazy, but it is so true about this office. Dr. Babcock is so personable and really takes the time to listen and answer questions. I am a nervous wreck when it comes to dental work, but he made me feel so comfortable about having to have my tooth extracted. All because he took the time to explain things, in detail, to me and then actually cared to follow-up after I was done to see how I was feeling the next day - I even had his personal cell phone number. Who does that anymore??? THEY DO! I have never gone to another dentist since finding them. The ENTIRE STAFF is professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. They know their patients by name, and the feeling you get as soon as you walk through their doors is so pleasant. What a GREAT environment for the patients, and the staff! This is an EXCEPTIONAL team. I cannot recommend them enough, and am so grateful to have them as my dental team. If you are looking for a new dentist or have a dental emergency, you should definitely give them a call. I promise, you will never go anywhere else again. THEY ARE JUST THE BEST!

Absolutely the best dental visit I have ever had! I am from California and was in Utah for the weekend. They were able to get me in for some X-rays immediately for a recent implant I had done. I was most impressed by how genuinely concerned and caring they were. They very thoroughly worked on solutions and made sure my concern was addressed. I’m so impressed by them... I only wish they were in CA now.

I've had a great experience with Bluffdale Dental every time I've been. My 10 year old son just had a tooth pulled and 3 fillings. We were both very anxious for the appointment. It went much better than expected. He felt comfortable the whole time and said he didn't even have pain after his mouth quit being numb. Getting a personal call the Dr. Babcock to check up on him was incredibly considerate. Even though we live in Saratoga Springs we plan on keeping them as our Dentist for a long time.

Bluffdale Dental has been the best experience I have ever had at a Dentist! I have worked in Customer Service for 41 years. The Beautiful Customer Service starts with Brandy at front desk. She greets with a beautiful smile, is so kind, and very patient with me when I have questions about Insurance. The Dental Assistant always makes sure I’m comfortable and is so kind, always has a smile. All the Assistants and Dr.’s make it a point to say hello. Dr. Branden Wild, forgive me if I spelled his name wrong, makes all procedures as comfortable as he can. He is very patient, kind and gets the job done with the least amount of pain. Going to the Dentist is not fun, as we all know. Everyone at Bluffdale Dental Has made me feel like a part of there Family! A wounderful visit makes me want to go back with no fear. I want to Thank Everyone at Bluffdale Dental for the Beautiful Kindness you all have given me!

Visited January 2022 amidst the huge spike in covid cases and was shocked masks were not being used. The assistant did put on a mask when she saw me using one but nobody else was using. If you are concerned about the spread of covid, I would recommend a different place. Otherwise I have no complaints. Friendly staff and expected service from a dentist.

Edit: I was contacted by the office about this. When I went in a a couple weeks later everyone was using masks. Service was friendly and quick.

I love both Dentists and the staff are all wonderful. I have dental anxiety and they are so patient with me. I've had thousands of dollars of work done in my mouth and this is the best office I've ever been to! I highly recommend them. I've referred many people who have been happy with no complaints. I told Dave that I had a crown that was ugly and he didn't try to upsale me at all. He actually thought it wasn't necessary to pay all that extra, when the crown was sealed well and not causing me problems (also not a front tooth that wasn't so noticeable). I appreciate their honesty, friendliness, and attention to details. Love them!!

I've always felt welcomed going to Dr. Babcock's dental office. Every visit felt like it was catered to me and the helpful staff have always gone out of their way to know me personally before getting down to business. More importantly for me, this has never been a dentist office I've ever dreaded going to. I've never once had any problems whatsoever with their service--from simple check ups to getting all four of my wisdom teeth removed-- and scheduling is very accommodating in cases that I've had to abruptly cancel an appointment. Given my experiences, I find it hard not to recommend the place.

Sooo it's been a while since I've been to the dentist. Total neglect on my part (I know, I know). After being referred by a friend and looking at the reviews it still took me a while to set the appointment. Am I glad I did. The staff was incredibly helpful they reached out via phone calls and texts before my appointment to make sure everything was set up. Well the day of the appoint arrived and the power was out. I could have been upset but the staff was quick to reschedule and to apologize. The day of my appointment was awesome the amenities they provide to make me feel comfortable were welcomed! The dental staff was skilled (remember the neglect) they made sure the damage I made was fixed. They also fixed my chipped tooth that I have been concerned about for years. Thanks Bluffdale Dental!

I lost an implant crown cap while my regular dentist was out of town. My wife has seen Dr. Babcock as suggested I try him. I went in on friday but was handed off to another dentist who cemented it on for me. It fell off again on Sunday of that same holiday weekend. My regular dentist was back and met me in his office on sunday. Tuesday I contacted Bluffdale dental for a refund or partial refund. After some miscommunications the issue was brought to a successful and agreeable resolution. Dr. Babcock, who I wish had worked on my crown, called me to insure everything was handled properly. I do hope that his comments about my wife will also in due course be addressed by them. I have every confidence it will but will monitor for follow through.
