Very pleased with the service and the staff. The part when the doctor talks to you about your kids teeth and only tell you that he is not worry about the babyteeths and only concern about helping the new teeth to come out because the babyteeth broke half and it will not come out by its own 🤯 yup, mind blowing.. While in another place I was told to they would have to put my kid to sleep because he has a lot of cavities 🤦🏻♀️ This is the place I was looking for, Honesty, not to ripped me off!
The only reason for 4 star, they don't have payment plans and it's understandable when Dishonest people don't pay them back, so new measurements.

Excellent place. The best tooth cleanings I have ever got. I hadn't been to the dentist for years and I knew I had some serious issues to sort out. They addressed the problems honestly and were great! They have top notch equipment yet very good pricing which is important for me being self-employed without dental insurance.

Let's just say it has been a struggle working with Half Dental. Not only was Dr Hilton too conservative with the dental work, but their office staff has been quite difficult in fulfilling requests. After a tooth procedure gone wrong, we had inquired about a refund for 3 weeks. They continued to procrastinate the entire process and we didn't receive a refund until just the other day because of our posting a review. We aren't planning on recommending them to anyone. We tried to be patient in the beginning, but it definitely shouldn't have taken this long to get a simple refund. Our purpose for this refund is to help cover the dental work that is needed to fix the situation.
UPDATE: We have updated our score from one star to two because Dr. Hilton recently reached out to my wife and I. He was apologetic for the filling and the difficult process we have went through to get our refund. He took the time to call my new dentist to discuss what went wrong. Personally, we don't agree with his type of dental philosophy and quality of work but we appreciate him reaching out and expediting the refund process. He was understanding, happy to explain information in detail, and helpful.

Doctor Hilton and staff are amazing! Also I'm pretty sure Dr. Hilton has the softest touch in the land. Had a cavity fixed and didn't feel a thing. The front desk was super pleasant. Totally coming here from now on!

Half Dental in Orem was amazing! They got us right in, were so kind and patient with my kids, and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The dentist was kind and knowledgeable. To top it all off, my kids got balloon animals before leaving! They were thrilled and kept showing everyone their sword and flower.
