The hygienist was too soft. I never felt her even touch my gums let alone probe underneath them to check the pocket depth or to clean the calculus. You should walk away feeling that your gums got a work out and feel clean. I did not feel that way at all and I can still feel the tarter in between my teeth. This was the absolute worst cleaning that I ever had. Even when she polished my teeth it was so light handed and the rubber cup never went near my gums. That rubber cup should be pressed on so as to have it actually go under the gums a little. I feel like I need to go somewhere else now to get an actual cleaning. Also I bought a tube of bleach and they tried to charge me for 2 tubes. When I told the billing girl that I only got 1 tube she got up and went to ask them in the back how many tubes they gave me so I guess that shows me that they thought I was trying to steal a tube. That didn't make me feel very good. She may have well said well I better go check that you aren't lying to me and try to steal something. The only reason I give this place 2 stars instead of 0 is because I did like the dentist. I will not be back and that is too bad because I think the dentist would probably do a good job fixing my teeth but I need a dentist office where I am happy with all the staff

What a fabulously wonderful staff of great people. Such a great place. Run don’t walk. This is the people to trust your brilliant white smile to or at least your dingy dirty gray one that they’ll turn into a white shining smile. Trust these folks with your life in the tiny little tools answered in your mouth while they try and talk to you so nicely

Dr. Brady and his team are phenomenal! Everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable and made going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. The hygienist, Savannah, was thorough but gentle and did a great job explaining what she was doing. You can tell they really care about their patients!

One of the best experiences I’ve had with a dental office. They front office was very helpful and attentive to get me in when I was having a very bad tooth pain which was not letting me eat. They got me the same day! Very upfront and informative about price and how the appointment would go. The dentist was very caring and informative as well. I did not have to wait once I arrived for my appointment. The hygienist was very gentle and thorough and amiable. The doctor did not pressure me for any extra dental work to be done beyond the cleaning. It was a very positive experience. Everything was very clean. I will definitely go back.

The Orem location is excellent with time management and are always kind. I have come here for a couple years and this appointment I was pregnant. The hygienist checked on me multiple times to see if was okay and completed the cleaning in a timely manner.
