I came here to get a crown for my implant after a recommendation from a coworker. Dr. Hilton showed me my crown under the overhead light and then cemented it in, after he sat me up and moved the light his first words were “well, it’s a little dark” (not exactly what you want to hear from a COSMETIC dentist) and then tried to explain why it was dark (porcelain reflecting light differently etc). Now to be fair, I paid for a custom crown shade which was the labs responsibility, not the dentistry. I thought maybe if I waited a day I would get used to the crown, but it was SO dark. I called the next day and they told me to come in immediately. They sat me down, Dr. Hilton looked and said “yeah, it’s pretty dark. But that’s why we show you before we cemented it in”. I proceeded to explain that if i had that overhead light on me at all times we would be great, but unfortunately I don’t. He called the lab and they said they would have a new crown to him 3 days after i went back in. I waited over a week and still no word. When I finally called and asked what was up they claimed “we seriously just got the tooth in. That stinking lab” (this whole ordeal was a blame game between the lab and the dentistry). To be fair, the staff is unbelievably kind, and Kenya is so fun to be around and she truly does care about the patients. And I do feel like they were trying to do their best to make things right for me which was SO greatly appreciated. Every time I came in I felt like I was taken care of by the dental assistants and they were all so kind.

Okay I absolutely love this office! Your staff is amazing. Save dental is fantastic!! MOST IMPORTANTLY the dental care is amazing!!
However I have to be honest. Your poor betta 😰 please do a little better or just remove it from the office. Breaks my heart every time I see it. #savebetta lol💔

Super cheap for those without issuance! Their facility is immaculate, their equipment top-notch, their staff amiable and understanding and I've always been asked BEFORE a service was provided, ensuring I wanted it and knew the FULL cost. Comparing other dentists, nearby, I commend Save Dental for their exemplary service. In addition, there is no rushed waiting room with excessive fees for lateness. They treat each client as valuable, with quality and timely service. They ensure insurance coverage before providing services and charge minimal fees, where there is no coverage. Unlike the run-of-the-mill factory feel of many others, I am not only remembered, but cared about, here. I recommend this office to everyone!

I HATE going to the dentist cause I get cavities so easily, BUT my family and I seriously love Dr. Hilton. He’s really good with his patients. I have anxiety and he’s really good about it, he does this thing where he moves your lip when he gives you a shot and I hardly feel the needle so that makes it even easier!! He’s the best dentist I’ve had!

I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYBODY to this facility. I got two extractions that my orthodontist wanted me to get. And 4 months later my face is swelling up, I’m losing time out of class and work and I’m in pain and in suffering. I’m going to have to get a surgery that removes the tooth that is pushed up, due to my braces pulling my teeth together. All the office staff was so unprofessional and rude, and only wanted to refund me for a tooth extraction, when now I have to get a surgery due to their unprofessionalism and negligence. I came here to save a couple bucks, but I would tell anybody to go somewhere else since going here is probably going to cost me double and the attorney for malpractice. If I could give zero stars I would this place is terrible!!!!

We went in wondering how we were going to keep our kids (2 weeks to 2 years of age) occupied without things being chaotic. From the front desk to dental staff we were impressed. All empathetic, all interested in our lives(not just business) and outstanding with helping my kids have a meaningful visit and leaving a good first impression for them. All of the work done was explained first. I feel so informed about my mouth and the different offers that can help improve my teeth. Nothing negative to say.

I went in for a cleaning today. The office staff was AMAZING!🤗 I hadn't had a cleaning in a few years. The hygienist was so nice. She didn't give me a hard time at all and was very thorough. I didn't want xrays and went in fully expecting a fight on that. They were respectful and didn't push the issue at all. The Dr was very polite and knowledgeable. Their prices are fair and the office is very clean. I'd go back! And I hate the dentist.😉
