Used to love the place when Dr. Hilton was there. Unfortunately, I will, not for any reason whatsoever, go back again.
Although I didn’t recognize anyone when I walked in, I continued on with my hygienist appointment. The staff and hygienist were great but the dentist examination surprised me. A dentist, whom I did not recognize, examined my teeth. I expected to see Dr. Hilton. I didn’t know the place was run by a new dentist and staff. That’s probably my fault, I thought. Maybe they sent notices introducing the new dentist and staff, giving us the option to continue on and I failed to read it. After my appointment I asked the receptionist who said they didn’t notify the patients of the change.
When the dentist was done with the exam, thankfully no casualties, I asked him about fixing old work. Again surprised, he was short, curt and impolite and walked away while answering that he would not fix old work and continued contradicting my history I recounted of past work. I guess he doesn’t have to do anything I ask. However, “he” contradicted “my” history and with such disdain that left shocked and upset at the way I had just been treated. I would have appreciated to have been treated with some level of dignity.
Looking back, I’m still trying to understand what transpired that would cause someone to treat another with such disdain and disrespect. My vets treat my animals better, but that’s okay, animals are better than most humans. Prison guards probably treat inmates well unless they’re unruly, I don’t know. I’ve never been in prison. I do know that there was nothing that happened that provoked his behavior. I also know that I left bewildered and ashamed, honestly. I can’t help but believe he made a snap judgement about my character in the few minutes I was with him when he examine my teeth. It was such a contrast to the previous dentist, hygienist and staff who were compassionate, friendly, understanding and never judgmental.
A teeth cleaning is way overdue and my stomach is turning thinking about this ordeal and needing to find another dentist. Hopefully, finally expressing myself will put all of this to rest and I can move on.

I must say. When I was needing to go to the dentist I was dreading it. But they did a really good job at repairing the damage to my teeth after years of neglect, and i don't think I have ever felt so comfortable at the dentist. They are pretty good and working with you if you help as well. These guy awesome.

The entire office are great folks, Brady and his staff ROCK! Great dentistry at very fair and highly competitive fees. Highly recommended, without reservation. Besides, we’ve known the Family for many years. Behlen and Dr. Martineau great assets to the office and always enjoy interacting with Carla at the front desk, with whom I share a birthday 😊

Quick and simple process. The staff was kind and welcoming! The dentist was a laid back cool dude, Ali was gentle and very charming! Karla at reception was nice and had a pretty smile with her attitude!!

It was great experience, as soon as I walked into the office they greeted me and without an appointment they were able to see my dad and explain his work, plus what I enjoyed more that since I came in with my 3yr old grandson they made a balloon animal for him and put a TV show that he really enjoyed. I definitely would recommend you guys to anyone who would ask. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!!!

I showed up this morning before 7 AM for my appointment which was set up six months ago. When I arrived the office was closed and there was no indication of whether they would be open at seven or not. I called the office number and the voicemail message explained that they are no longer open on Fridays. I’ve been getting text reminders for my appointment over the past two weeks with no notification that they wouldn’t be open on the day of my appointment. I am a physician currently completing in my medical residency training and made arrangements to see the dentist before I needed to be at my clinic. Very disappointed in the service here. It’s clear to me that they don’t need my business if they don’t bother to reschedule my appointment when their operating hours change.
