MiKaelee and Alyssa are awesome and always so helpful and fun. Alway have a smile and hello. I love thier help and over all attitude. So great with working with on paying. They are sweethearts. I claim them.
Dr Anderson is great at explaining what he is doing and why. He has been able to get me numb when I generally don't get numb. It gets the work done quickly. He listens to my concerns. I would them to recommend them to everyone.

This place should be called unprofessional dental!! Worst place I’ve ever been to. I told them I don’t have insurance so I subscribed to their dental care plan which is $19 every month instead they never charged me the $19 and charged me $250 every month when I noticed I was overpaying I called them and asked for a refund and first they told me they had to keep charging me for another 6 months since that’s how their system works, so I asked to speak with Mikayla since she was the one that helped me first, she was lost and didn’t even know how much they charged me in total and asked me to go to their office to fix it, why would I have to go their office when they should have records of all the payments? Then later she told me that it was a mistake and I was gonna receive a refund in 4 to 5 days, it’s been almost a month and I never received any refund. I still have a free cleaning with the care plan but this place is so bad that I would rather go somewhere else. So unprofessional. I had to call my bank to make sure they don’t keep taking more money from my account.

The staff is fantastic. Rayleen goes out of her way to make sure each patient is taken care of. Dr. Myers is straight to the point and will let you know what needs to be done to make sure you are healthy! Each assistant makes sure you are comfortable in the chair. Brylee the hygienist is quick and gets you in and out, she is amazing and takes great care of you! You walk in and they know you by name. I absolutely love this office and will be coming back!❤❤❤

Forgot my wallet the first time I came in as I was rushing to get in for a toothache before the holiday, they were able to look up my care credit account and get me in that day so I wasn’t in pain all weekend. For me that is excellent service, plus the dentist himself is very professional and has a good sense of humor.

Wonderful staff!! Very friendly, we actually enjoy our time at the dentist :)! They are so great to work with our crazy schedule and have late appointments that work good with my husbands work schedule. We’ve been going to them for probably 10 years and will continue to as we have had great experiences. The new location is really nice and easy to get to.

Update: office staff and dental staff are polite and try their best to be accommodating, but this is no longer a small, personal dental office. It feels corporate, and you're just another number.
They were short a dental hygienist today, but still worked hard to keep the schedule. We had three of us in and out in less than an hour! I appreciate how gentle they are while cleaning, yet thorough. Because it's a small, local office with kind employees, I feel comfortable letting my children go into their appointments without me sitting in their rooms with them. We've been going here for at least two years now and haven't had any negative experiences. My 7 year old actually ENJOYED having his first cavity filled...

I love this office! Dr. Blackhurst is a perfectionist & very nice! The hygienist is is witty & makes my teeth feel so clean. The front office girls are so willing to look my insurance up so I know how much I'll owe. Every time I call the office they are very friendly & try to meet my families needs with schedules. I have been going here for 8 years! Great doc great staff :)
