Faye reached out to me to listen and learn from my experience. She was kind and empathetic towards what had occurred. I took accountability for the error in my original review that I have now fixed and they took accountability for the role they played. The tooth/bone that was left, they explained to be a rarity and I believe them. Thank you Faye for reaching out and caring for the patients, I appreciate it and it meant a lot.

Got my wisdom teeth out and went back due to pain, I was called dramatic and I was told that of course it’s going to hurt (this doctor is no longer with them)… after going back two more times they finally found half of my top left wisdom tooth STILL IN MY MOUTH after I told them that there was something sharp and wrong for weeks. I was not offered any type of laughing gas or anything to help during this procedure. They numbed up my mouth they took the wisdom teeth out, did not give me anything to clean my mouth out after and sent me on my way. I had to come back and request a tool to help flush out food! It also took me advocating for myself and another dentist at their practice for them to find that piece of tooth after coming back twice. I just cant trust them moving forward and have found a new dentist. I truly hope this is a learning experience for them.

Carissa is the best Hygienist I’ve ever had! I do mean ever! She is very thoughtful, thorough and kind! My teeth always feels so clean and cared for. I’m pretty meticulous with my teeth and I can tell the difference from previous offices in the past! Carissa is the best at what she does.

Corina was very thorough and made sure I understood everything. I went in for a deep clean, and she read things I've never heard before. And made sure I was not in any pain. She did an awesome job!

I love YFD!! The staff are knowledgeable, kind, funny, and actually care about how you are. I always feel taken care of and leave smiling bigger than before. Hailey made x-rays so easy and quick and Dr. Workman was personable, gentle, and clear with what was going on in my mouth. Thank you so much you guys!

Hygienist was awesome in the cleaning. Had cavity filled. Fillings were really rough and not polished. Couldn’t event bite down to normal bite after! Tried to go in and have it fixed… no doctors on Tuesday’s! Don’t go on Monday or you get to drive to Saratoga Springs to have a normal eating experience to fix poor work!!

Lisa, the lady at the front desk is so rude! I have never been more disrespected by someone in a customer service position. I wouldn’t go here if it was the only dentist left in the world. Get better employees that are respectful and take ownership for their behavior!

Go see Smith he’s the best ever! Listen, gentle. After spending 1.550$ at Apple blossom on something that should of been free or a discount going here cost nothing!! I’m on Medicaid so if your on Medicaid go here!! Dr Smith is the best at root canals and he always fast!

Dentist are great but I would go anywhere else just from dealing with front office staff. Receptionist are judgmental and rude. They set an appt at another location because they didn’t have any appts available at the Riverton location only for my husband, who was in pain, to show up and it was never scheduled. We figured receptionist just said she set an appointment up to get him off the phone because she asked beforehand “Well what do you want me to do about it? We can’t see you until Monday” so my husband said “Isn’t there another location?” The fact that she’s already being confrontational, rude, not helpful to someone who is in pain infuriates me because this is a service based job. Customer service is part of receptionist/scheduling.
