Got a tooth pulled today, which nobody likes. As getting teeth pulled goes, this is a great place to do it. Staff was timely, professional & courteous. Had previous work done here (root canal, crown & fillings) those experiences were similar.

The staff at Young was diligent and communicating with Tri-care prime remote to make sure that I was able to get my dentist work done in a timely fashion. This place is a scam, they’ll do and say anything to get you in the chair to tack on costs. Dentist is unpleasant as well. If I could give less stars I would. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a Dentist. I have such a fear and anxiety of going to the dentist, that I admit, my teeth are awful and need a lot of work. However, I had to suck it up and go because I was in need of 2 root canals. Kwang (Michael) Park, DDS was the Dentist I saw and was recommended by his nurse aide that he was a good one to see, so I trusted her in my initial exam. BAD MISTAKE. Not only was he rude to me, but to his nurses as well! The first time I saw him he left some of his tools behind in his other office and so he started a root canal, but couldn't finish and I had to come back in to do the whole horrible process all over again! Then they were so busy because one of the nurses left early and they were calling in another nurse to come replace her, but he in front of me was talking about which nurse it was. He didn't want a specific one because the other one was better and the one didn't know where stuff was as well. I found that to be very unprofessional! Then because they were busy the secretary had to come in and do my filling, which she left too high and caused me horrible amounts of pain for a week. I kept waking up in the middle of the night in such pain. I came back in the 2nd time to get that fixed and the Dentist told me why it was hurting and then started getting after the assistant for leaving it too high and it wasn't even her fault! I even mentioned to her that it wasn't her fault and who had done it...but again very unprofessional! They should be talked to in private, not yelled at in front of clients. Then the 3rd time I had to come back in because the unfinished root canal (the one where he didn't have all his tools for) was still hurting...so he opened it back up and was unable to fix it. I have to go to a specialist. Do your research on them! He is not worth wasting your money on! Do not go to them!

I will never come back. I was on Medicaid when I saw them and was informed I had three cavities. I went to another dentist I've been to for years because I got other insurance and they couldn't find the cavities the office said I had. Two dentists in the office confirmed the cavities were not there. The receptionist is always unfriendly when you go in or call and you leave in pain even if it's a cleaning. I won't recommend them to anyone and will not return.
