The worst Customer Care I have ever experienced. I would not take a stray dog to this place!!! My husband went to have a partial (flipper) made for his front teeth, because his old one broke. Everything was fine until it was time to try them on. The new flipper did not fit and the teeth were way to long and buck toothed. The dentist that did the fitting said "he did not want to touch them and he would have to reschedule with the dentist that did the mold - Jared Hemmert". My husband waited a week to get an appointment and when he went in they filed the teeth down a little and shoved them in his mouth. My husband questioned about the fit and the look of the teeth and was told "the mold probably broke," he asked for them to be remade and was told "No" and they are good enough. They are what they are. Dental appliances cost a lot of money and 90% came out of our pocket. Regardless of who pays...for that kind of money I expect to walk out feeling good about the product and not looking like bugs bunny. If this is "good enough" for them I would highly encourage everyone to look somewhere else for a dentist who has some pride in their work and actually care about their patients.

I just had my first teeth cleaning experience here & worked with Alondra, Dr. Pung & Roxy and they were all amazing!! They were friendly, kind, patient and they were very gentle with my mouth. I have sensitive spots and they did amazing to not hurt me! Thank you very much for the great service I received. I will be back!!

Great experience! Truly wonderful people working here. Wonderful staff, took great care of my family. My 3yr old daughter was very scared at first, and didn't want to open her mouth. The staff here were very sweet, and worked very patiently with her to help her feel comfortable. My experience was great. A great job was done to make sure that the numbing process for me went well. I felt that great care and respect was shown to me and my family. Warm, caring environment, along with a professional atmosphere made for a very pleasant experience at the dentist. We will be back.

Leah was awesome! She was super nice and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She took her time and made sure all of the plaque was gone before I left her chair. Made me think I was gypped by my previous hygienist. Had a great experience here. Dr. Fung was also really nice. The entire staff was super kind. I would highly recommend the Riverton office.

Big shout to Tammy!! She is the best hygienist and it feels like coming home every dentist visit. Our family of seven have been seen for wisdom teeth, root canals, cavities, and regular cleaning at several of the locations since we moved to Utah a couple of years ago. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Alyssa L. was a wonderful dental assistant with such a positive and welcoming personality!! She has great work ethic and great bedside manners. I have a son with severe anxiety when it comes to needles but somehow they are the ONLY dentist office that he has been okay with. They even managed to pull his wisdom teeth while he was awake (but sedated). I love going here and plan to take my family to Young Family Dental for many years to come!

I came into to get my cleaning after 2 years and they did amazing on my teeth. Leah was my hygienist and she assessed all my needs while being gentle and professional. We will definitely be coming back for routine check ups and further dental work!
