I have an incredible amount of anexity when going to the dentist. Dr. H and his team are beyond amazing. They are very understanding of my anxiety and I always feel very cared for. It is always a fast appointment and I know I’m always in good hands.

I had a great experience here. I hate going to the dentist but they gave me gas and made me calm down and be comfortable. They were gentle which is huge to me as I once was crying and gripping the seat as another dentist ripped my gums apart while flossing. That DID NOT happen here, thank goodness! Kinda hard to find and a little dated but I felt comfortable.

I had my teeth cleaned today and new set of x-rays. The entire office at Legact Dental are polite and respectful and make your whole experience easy and delightful! I trust them all imprecably and can’t think of any other dentist office that has this high level of professionalism and respect and care for their patients! I highly recommend them.

My daughter and I have both had previous good experiences with this office. But last night's was so bad that I will never go back. My young daughter has what I suspected to be a cavity. I called yesterday morning and explained that to the receptionist (I think her name was Billie) and also that my daughter was VERY nervous. I requested an appointment and a dentist who was good with kids. She assured me that all the dentists were great with kids and she made a same-day appointment for us with Dr. Hesselgesser, who we had never met before. When we arrived, my daughter was still very nervous and I again requested particular patience and understanding from the dentist. When he came in, he didn't even introduce himself. He did nothing to put my daughter at ease and he and the assistant kept leaving the room without letting us know what was going on or when they'd be back. It was all very off-putting. Finally, the assistant came back to say that he didn't want to fix my daughter's tooth because he felt she was too nervous. Mind you, she didn't cry or scream or anything. She was merely hesitant about laying down in the chair (which she did after a few seconds of coaxing from me) and opening her mouth for the dentist (again, after a few seconds she complied). In fact, my daughter was trying to make little jokes with the dentist and he totally ignored her. We were shunted off to another receptionist so they could refer us to a pediatric dentist. That receptionist (who's name was Ashleigh, I think) was sweet and did the best she could because I was PISSED by that point, but when she told me they don't normally work with nervous kids I about lost it. Had the 1st woman I talked to on the phone actually listened to me-she could have saved my daughter and I the time and aggravation and just referred us to a different dentist who would actually help us. NOT impressed with Hesselgesser or the attitude of the clinic at large. Made me miss Dr. Nylander and the late Dr. Campbell who were always so kind and helpful-even with a nervous young patient. I have no plans to ever return to this clinic. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would.

Ever since I was young, I have hated dentists and alot of it stemmed from one particular dentist's office that was very mean and all the hygenists would make snide comments about not flossing enough....yada yada yada. I found Legacy dental on my insurance's website and thought I would give them a try as they were open on Saturdays which is very convenient. The 3 times I have been there, I have nothing but positive things to say about them. Everyone at the office is so friendly and you feel right at home with the way they treat you. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room, and the dentists are all so caring and explain everything that is going to happen to set your mind at ease. It's great that they have an apple tv in the ceiling to watch movies instead of those tacky inspirational posters or cat posters I am used to. The level of care and concern I have felt from them, has insured that they will be my dentist for life. Just the other day, my temporary cap got loose and they fit me in an hour after I called! That is unheard of anywhere else.

I love Legacy Dental! You won't be disappointed and will find yourself actually enjoying going to the dentist, it's that pleasant of an experience.

At the second appointment when I thought they were going to take care of my cavity I was told that there dentist needed to finish the exam because he hadn't found all the cavities and needed to look twice. I was told we'd not be doing work that day. Really? I've never heard of a dentist needing two appointments to look at x rays. Did he not go to dental school? The dentist also complained that working on my mouth would be difficult because of the shape of my jaw. I've never had any other dentist tell me that. What a snowflake.

I came not knowing what to expect. My expectations was to get ex-rays a tooth pulled and know what else I needed to do to get back to good hygiene. How much it would cost and what would be the breakdown financially. All of my needs were met. The customer service was exemplary. They met each and everyone of my needs and expectations. Thank you Legacy.

The first time I came here I wasn't impressed, but I'm so glad I gave them a second chance. They did porcelain caps on two of my front teeth for an great price and did an amazing job. They've come up with a plan to fill my cavities on the left side of my mouth for a great deal as well. This is now the only dentist I'll go to in the valley. Thanks for giving me my smile and confidence back Legacy Dental!!

My husband Leonard and I both love Legacy dental. They are the most amazing people we have ever dealt with. We will be patients there until the day we die. We will never ever go to anyone else. They ROCK! Thank you so much for your kindness!
