Empathy compassion and overall caring about you as a person is in very short supply here. Humiliation and condescending attitudes run rampant. Lord help you if you were in pain or in real need! You are just a number to them and they only care if you have money up front, otherwise they won't give you the time of day. Don't waste your time if you are looking for a dental office to work with you when you are in need! Never again!

Ashley, Deb(I hope I spelled it right!), and Tysen were amazing and made me feel right at home for my first time at a new place. Something I particularly appreciated was specific tips for how to take better care of my own teeth - what areas needed more attention, techniques, and ideas for how to help with sensitivity. Tysen walked me through his observations about my x-rays, which was also really awesome. Overall, top notch, and I look forward to coming back.

The hygienist Ashley was awesome. Not only did she do a great job on my teeth she was super friendly and pleasant. The same goes for Dr. Clements who did a root canal and a tooth extraction with a post implant. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I would trust the staff here with any of my dental needs. I came to Salt Lake Dental because of a bad experience at another practice and could not be more satisfied. I will continue to come here for all my dental care.

Even with COVID-19 going on and everyone stressed out, Salt Lake Dental was one of the most positive experiences I have had in while. They thought of everything to make you at ease if you are nervous about the dentist. I personally already love going to the dentist, but the lengths they took to make you comfortable was just the cherry on top :) You can really tell they love what they do and truly care about your concerns. The staff was very cheerful and kind. They went out of their way to show you what was going on with the health of your teeth/gums and educate you on your options to give you your best smile! They give you their full attention as if your teeth were the most important they have ever worked with. :) I am excited to go back in 6 months!

I’m in town for a last-minute situation, and (of course) my temporary crown decides to pop loose and completely shatter. Not only were these fantastic individuals able to get me in for a last-minute appointment ON A SATURDAY, but they were incredibly kind and overall lovely to interact with.
