I needed a frenulectomy and the process was very easy. Emily was very kind and helpful. She made sure to answer any questions I had. Even put a show on for me on their screen they have in the ceiling and offered to turn the chair massager on. It was a quick procedure and they assured me that everything would be painless and easy. And it definitely was.

10 Stars Dr.Carter is such a good guy. He really cares but, doesn't make you feel like a looser for your bad habits. We all know we should floss more. His office has all the tech no joke. You will really be amazed. After your first visit you will wonder why you ever went anywhere else. Promise!

The people that work here are very friendly. It's one of the few places that offer their services on Saturdays. You feel that you're being well taken care of. Your dental health is given a top priority. They won't pressure you to make decisions, such as removing wisdom teeth if it's not causing any apparent issues. Overall I've had a great experience going here.

I have been coming to Salt Lake Dental for the last year. My experiences have all been great! The staff is always friendly and wait times are short. The Dr. has always been thorough explaining to me and showing me on the X-Rays what needs to be done and explaining why. My teeth are finally in a condition where I am confident they are all healthy. I highly recommend this office. Two thumbs up!

I've been going for two years now with ongoing dental treatment. The staff is friendly, the office is clean, I feel like I matter to them. I've had some fillings done without numbing (by choice) and it was virtually painless.

Sad to see all of the good reviews and leave one like this. Made an appointment and showed up to said appointment and was turned away because they “are supposed to reach out to confirm” and never reached out. They apologized but we’re not helpful, friendly, or concerned. I’m in a lot of pain and had to quickly search for another dentist to take me in because they didn’t do their job, I guess? Not a great experience at all.

I've never had such a pleasant experience at a dentist before. I went in on an empty stomach, and was offered a protein shake as well as homemade banana bread so I wouldn't get sick. Once I was taken back to be worked on, I was offered a blanket for comfort, hulu and headphones for distraction, and laughing gas to help me calm down.
Every person that I talked to was kind and friendly, and I felt very cared for and comforted in a painful, stressful situation. They were also very patient from start to finish.
10/10 would go back and recommend!

Was very hesitant to get an implant due to cost and pain. Researched several places and endorsed going with Dr. Carter at Salt Lake Dental and I am glad I did. The office staff is super friendly and easy to work with and Dr Carter was fantastic to work with. He listened and answered all my questions before any of the procedure started so I know exactly what to expect. I didn’t feel any pain while in “the chair”. And they have been great to work with and extremely professional at all follow up appointments. I would recommend Dr Carter and his staff to everyone !

We had been going for years to the local dental clinic, but their hours just weren't lining up with our new work schedule, so we switched to Salt Lake Dental. I liked that they offered appointments late in the afternoons and on Saturdays as well. I was impressed by the quality of service I received, and was blown away by the level of technology they had. They spent at least twice the amount of time cleaning my teeth than my old dentist did, and explained everything they were going to do. They also were able to fix a broken filling right on the spot -- something I had been putting off because my former dentist never had the time to take care of it. Salt Lake Dental has my family's business from now on!

So far, it’s been a fantastic experience! The assistant Emily was awesome and so is the doc. Im terrified of dentists and they showed me it’s not as bad as it used to be. I hope my next visits are the same!
