It’s really nice to go into a new office of any kind and feel welcomed. The staff at Salt lake dental was super amazing with me and my kids. Coming from my last dentist office to salt lake dental it was night and day. Here they use all new nice equipment and one thing I really liked is that they take very clear pictures of your teeth and believe me seeing cavities in HD will make you want to brush and floss all day long. Another thing I liked was they have a black glass ceiling tile so that you can see what is actually going on while they are digging. Finally we ( me and my daughter) saw doctor Ali he was super nice and explained everything. He explained the treatment plan going forward and what to expect. He also told me if I was your brother here is what I would tell you to do to get the most bang for your buck and I liked that he put my treatment before his bottom dollar. This was my first visit and will update going forward but initial visit was 5/5

I am not pleased with the quality of service. The staff is nice but I am not happy with the service I receive. I had to go back 4 times for a temporary crown that kept breaking. I then got my permanent crown on two teeth and have nothing but discomfort from them. I went back today because I could not drink or eat anything hot or cold without being in severe pain. The dentist ground on a tooth I didn’t even have a crown in and scraped away more adhesive that was left over from my gum line. I can drink and eat hot and cold now with a little discomfort but feel a dull pain now on the two teeth I had crowns placed. I wish they would fix this once and for all as this process is not cheep!!!!

I hated my smile and now I love it!! Dr. Carter did an amazing job giving me a new smile. They were even able to get some of my dental work donated, I am so grateful! What an amazing team 100% recommend!👍🏻👍🏻

My whole experience, start to finish was above and beyond. My very first impression I thought when walking through the front door was "wow, this place is sweet." Everything was clean and new. The front office staff was kind, smiling, and helped me with all the paperwork. The experience got even better when I met the Doctor, assistants and hygienist. They were immediately friendly, patient and despite being really busy made me feel at home. I've been to several dental offices over the years but this is the ONLY one I would recommend. The overall care is second to none. Also they can accommodate almost anyones schedule, they're open Fri and Sat which are the only days I could come in.

I went here for an emergency root canal, and they got me in within the hour and they got everything done so fast and got me out of pain. The temporary crown has no bite issues. AMAZING WORK!!

No transparency on cost of service, what insurance covers and necessity of services. I inquired about emergency services. The receptionist said I could come in Saturday but they’d only be able to check what’s wrong or Monday if any treatment needed to be done. I went in Monday with the impression that I would be helped that day. I was told that I’d have to schedule another day after more services than I inquired about were added to my bill. Before my exit the woman in financing - who would not address any of my questions with a direct answer - tried to get me to sign and agree to said bill without providing any services, any reasoning behind the slated services and was extremely dismissive and disrespectful when I questioned the affordability for the services. Comments such as “just get a loan” bother me for multiple reasons that I won’t get into here. The receptionist all seemed like they hated their jobs too and we’re gossiping about a co-workers outside life and who they were dating. Not professional. The whole place screamed entitlement.

I am from Texas and was on vacation in which I had a dental emergency. This dental office worked me in on a Saturday. Dr. Carter was fantastic along with his staff they provided prompt service and everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend this office for any dental needs.

I love this office! My husband recommended it to me and I'm so impressed by their kindness and not trying to up-sell me (as many of them do).
They are also on time and if they feel like a job would be better done somewhere else they help you get to the right doctor.

This company is great, I had to have some emergency work done my regular dentist couldn’t fit in and I found them. They work great with your insurance, even if they’re not in your network. The customer service is great, the people are great and the office is welcoming. The only reason I chose to go back to my regular dentist was that the U of U offers better benefits since I am an employee of the U. If I ever need anything else outside that regular scope I will definitely return here and I can not recommend them enough!
