Every single experience my kids or I have is worth 100 stars! The entire team puts a smile on your face and keeps the mood light. My daughter had two teeth extracted today and they were patient and understanding, not pushy at all. They made her comfortable and told her what they were doing and what to expect.
I’ve never had such a positive experience at a dentist as I do here. They make me enjoy having dental work done!
Thank you to everyone at Colchester Dental!

I have been going to Colchester dental for about 10 years now and I have never been happier with my decision. In recent months, I have been having conversation with my father about addressing his dental health. He has been so nervous about going to the dentist for 30+ years. I was able to convince him to go to Colchester Dental to start the process of dentures and renewing his smile. Dr. Palm, thank you thank you for putting my dad at ease. We left the dental office that day with my dad excited for the future of his dentures and that Dr. Palm was great. I can't thank you enough for this wonderful dental office.

Not only are the staff great, but Wendy is exceptional. She really looks out for the patient and their needs. For example, today, I called to ask a question about my dad's future appointment and she noticed that not enough time was scheduled and she was able to move the appointment with ease and allow for the time needed for the procedure with no additional stress on all parties. Dr. Palm, Wendy, and the entire staff...THANK YOU!!!

This office was one of my favorite dentist visits I've ever had, but as of this year I have had nothing but bad experiences and I will not be returning to the office. I was excited to support a Black owned business in the area, but after my experiences I cannot return to the office.
On multiple occasions my tech's mask fell below her nose. It kept falling down and she was constantly adjusting it. When I went to pay, the receptionist completely removed her mask and proceeded to talk with me. This was before vaccines were available. I felt uncomfortable.
I ordered an upper splint and they worked out a deal with me that I could pay half before and the rest later. When I returned to get the retainer, the receptionist told me I was "all set" and clearly didn't remember or document my situation. I was honest and told them I owed the money. The staff were fine and I've had several good experiences at the office, I like the Doctor very much. But I will not be returning because the quality of the care I received was not consistent between employees.

This is the best dental practice I have ever been a patient with. Dr. Palm is excellent and instills calm and confidence. The staff does all they can to to make each visit a positive experience.
I am so delighted to have this practice for my dental health. Thank you, Dr. Palm and staff!

Wow. I have never been so excited or happy to go to the dentist. Everyone was extremely happy and helpful. On my first visit, I was given a tour of the office and introduced to all the hygienist as they walked by. Everyone was very welcoming. Shannon was my hygienist and she was very friendly, fun and outgoing. She explained the X-rays in a detailed professional way. Encouraged all questions and answered everything very well and made sure I fully understood. She was gentle and made me feel very comfortable. Doctor Palm made a visit after the cleaning. He was very friendly and actually took the time to get to know me before checking out my mouth. Instantly he glowed of genuine kindness. I had a VERY pleasurable experience. I typically do not write reviews but felt it was necessary because I hope more people are able to have a pleasurable dental experience and go to Colchester Dental Group

Dr. Bashar Ghoujal, Dr. Ken Palm, and their entire staff are an incredible group of people. Dr. Palm took me in for an emergency and was exceptionally kind and compassionate. I have had 6 surgeries, 2 life threatening childbirths, and am on by second round of cancer that has now spread. These illnesses have caused my teeth to crumble and infection to build throughout my teeth, sinuses, and head. Dr. Bashar has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout this process. Words cannot express my gratitude for the treatment I am receiving there. For the first time in years I can see a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you Bashar, Dr. Palm, and the whole Colchester Dental Team!

To have a black doctor who listens and explains what the issue is without dismissing your symptoms is a doctor you should stick with. It is hard to find a patient dentist who is willing to explain and make you truly understand your dental issues/provide solutions and Dr. Palms is one of those. Gabby, Ivy and the rest of the staff are friendly and make things comfortable and I love the office vibe.

We love colchester dental! The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Palm is amazing, funny and makes you feel at home when you are there. When we bring in our kids he comes in with a bubble gun for them and they love it! I would recommend anyone to colchester dental!

I was a patient of this facility and within the two years they only had two available appointments which stuck. I appreciated the dentist and that's the only reason why I continued to deal with the constant rescheduling. I finally was making it to my next appointment for may 17 and got a phone call today that the business had been bought by new owners and that they were no longer going to be taking on customers with Green mountain care which is State insurance. After 2 years of patiently waiting to see this dentist I was thrown aside like it didn't even matter and now having to find a new dentist and start the whole process over which I find to be very inconvenient and inconsiderate especially for the people who have to be on State insurance. It seems to me that the new owner is only care about money. And convenience for them. My boyfriend as well waited 6 months for an appointment and had to have it rescheduled due to the hygienist having an appointment the appointment was rescheduled for 6 months later and then covid hit and they never called him back after a year and a half he had another appointment scheduled and then lost his insurance by the time he could even get in at another dentist he would have had all of his procedures done. He also had private insurance, not state. There are many people who have suffered this past 2 years and being on State insurance to be cut off after waiting for 2 years to see a dentist to me is unacceptable because they want more money. Also I had gone in to one of my two appointments within the 2 years and I had a cold sore which was fine that they wouldn't see me that day I was unaware because I've had previous dental work done when having a cold sore but I understood why they wanted to reschedule unfortunately what I didn't appreciate was the front desk loudly speaking about my cold sore in front of patients sitting in front and all of them looking at me as if I was disgusting. So essentially in my eyes that's a HIPAA violation. I truly hope the best for the dentist that I had been seeing he was a good man but in terms of faculty and the new owners I will never ever recommend this place to anybody again. I hope people don't support those who put people on state on the streets. Dental health is important and costs enough as it is.
