This is a great office to take your children. I was a little nervous about taking my daughter for her first visit at age 3. The dentist office did not make me feel guilty for not bringing her in sooner and they made sure she was 100% comfortable and were very kind to her, allowing for her first visit to make for a positive experience. No reason to look any further for a kid friendly dentist, just be aware they do have a strict cancellation policy.

I spoke with jolene and felt the practice is Very unprofessional, was surprised to have them cancel my appt with less than 24 hour notice than tell me they could reschedule in 2 weeks. Claimed they had issues with over booking patients. If they can’t get that figured out I would strongly avoid having them do any dental work on you.
As an update:
Shortly after posting this review I received a massive bill for my first patient visit which is covered in full by my insurance. Which was 2 months ago. Oddly it seems they had billed me out for multiple services I didn’t request and my insurance refused payment to them.

I am in love with Colchester Dental-my hygienist gave me a pain-free cleaning, no easy feat with my gum recession, and handled my anxiety with kindness and professionalism. Dr. Palm sat down with me and went over every single x-ray they took to make it very clear why he was advising certain habits, and his humor and competency was better than any dentist I’ve ever seen. The receptionist remembered my name after just one visit and the facilities are beautiful. I can not recommend this practice more!!

Been going to Colchester Dental for almost 20 years. Dr Palm and his associates are the best. Everyone is very friendly, happy to be at work, and no matter which room you're in Dr Palm's laughter with his clients and associates can be heard and you can't help but to be put at ease and you can't help but laugh along with them. Services are always explained and care goes into the procedure to make you feel at ease throughout.
