Dr. Palmer was the best. I was so happy to have found him He is good at what he does. Then this happened……
Patient abandonment amid a treatment plan is not okay, no matter which way you spin it.
Dr. Palmer referred me to an endodontic consult before he would repair a tooth that ended up costing me $430, which I couldn't afford, and just told me that the dentist could repair it. Then schedule an appointment with Colchester Dental Group to receive a voicemail a few days before informing me they were canceling my appointment and me as a patient and no longer keeping GMC patients.
Such a reckless disregard for patient care. They could have just kept the GMC patients they had and stopped taking new ones. Or, I don't know, finish their treatment plan before giving them the boot?
Loved Dr. Palmer. He is a great dentist, and I'm sad he won't provide me or my children's care anymore. I can't see him sleeping well at night, knowing this?

Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had. Before coming to colchester dental a few years back I hadn't been the dentist in 6+ years. A mixture of bad experiences at other establishments and my own childishness made me neglect my dental hygiene all together.
Dr. Palm and his team did a great job making me comfortable and there was no shaming for the state my mouth at any point. They worked with with me to maximize the amount of work getting done while minimizing my out-of-pocket expense, and they were almost overly cautious about pain during every procedure.
Now I am just a happy customer with healthier teeth that doesn't hate my trips to the dentist anymore.
