I've had a lot of dentists in my 40 plus years, but MA's is by far the best. Their level of professionalism, cleanliness, organization, and responsiveness is top tier. And most importantly, they are respectful of your time. You are not waiting for hours to be seen, they get you in and out, all while providing high quality service. If I could give them 10 stars I would, because 5 doesn't do them justice. Now if only I could find a doctors office as amazing . . .

I do not write reviews ever… however for Ma’s Family Dentistry I will bend my rules to publicly express my sincere gratitude and heartfelt appreciation for the dental care, service, and people in the office. Dr. Dionisio and her team are truly remarkable people that time and time again exceed the highest customer expectations. I just finished getting an implant which outside of being a long process can be overwhelming. In addition to normal dental care, Dr. Dionisio and her team ensured that every step of the implant process was painless and personalized for me. I would also like to recognize Luna… Luna, Thank you for everything. Seriously. You are a true gem and I appreciate you so much for tolerating me during each visit. I will miss our exciting conversations! In closing, I cannot recommend this practice enough. I went for a root canal due to an improperly place crown from a previous dentist. They also wanted to replace the crown. I had mentioned several times that it was done recently and didn't know if it would be covered. I was told it was fine. It wasn't until I was leaving from having the crown placed that they asked if I had been told it wasn't covered and told to pay an extra $500. When I spoke to the person in charge of billing they said they had no way of knowing it was a recent crown. When I said I had mentioned it several times they then went to check the notes on file but then came back to say I should have known better. I sent a message on their website asking for information to try and make a petition to my insurance company and never received any response. Great dentists but the billing department is seriously lacking.
