Excellent doctors and Staff (especially Lindsey is outstanding). Very professional. I have been coming to this clinic for 15 years. Everything is great. Very clean facility.

I was in a lot of pain and needed an emergency appointment. They took me in the same morning I called to control the pain until i was able to come back a couple days later (due to my own schedule) to actually fix my teeth/gums. I only have nice things to say / good experiences to share from my time at MA's Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Dionisio and her assistant that helped fix me up, Ruth, were awesome. I highly recommend them, they took really good care of me. They made sure i was comfortable at all times and wouldn't proceed until I was, and even made me a smoothie in the middle of my appointment because I hadn't eaten!

I can honestly say this staff is the friendliest staff I’ve seen.

I’d like to give a shout out to Sue. She’s very kind, personable and knowledgeable.

The doctors are willing to listen, don’t belittle you. I know working with people can be tough so I applaud the staff for maintaining professionalism.

MA's has been keeping my teeth straight, clean, and cavity-free for more than 5 years now. The staff is very professional, responsive, and take pride in their work!

I would recommend Dr. Campbell and the entire Ma's Team WHOLEHEARTEDLY. I have had many positive (and negative) experiences in my dental life and have had many, many procedures, over the years. This is the first time any experience has left me confident, hopeful, and thankful as never before. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, willingness to listen/try what I felt was right for me, and the quality of service - unparralleled. I can't recommend this group highly enough.

Thank you, Dr. Campbell and Team!!

I would like to begin by saying that Ma's Family & Cosmetic Dentistry tops the chart when it comes to dental care. A close friend of mine referred me to Ma's in 2012, and told me how amazing the dental team there was. I have since then been a patient of Dr. Janice Dionisio, who with the assistance of her superb staff has far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Dionisio and her team go above & beyond to ensure that patient care is the top priority.
I have never been one who loves going to the dentist, but now I look forward to my next dental appointment.
Please accept this review as my strongest endorsement for Ma's Family & Cosmetic Dentistry.

First time visit to establish myself as a new patient. Everyone was so friendly, polite, and cheerful. The Doc was knowledgeable, attentive, patient, kind, and paid great attention to detail. I have a medical condition that requires a lot of attention and she was wonderful about it. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Very disappointed with MA’s Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. After going here for a couple years. I WILL NOT be returning. I entrusted them to perform high level, quality cosmetic work after researching cosmetic dentist in the area. I had anticipating getting my work completed. You knew my story. And know how bad I needed the procedure completed, but failed me. For the most part my appointments consist of routine cleaning exams and a filing here and there. Some instances, I missed appointments or may arrived late. But apologized and made an attempt to reschedule. When I couldn’t make it, it was always due to money issues. While my insurance covers 50% of most major work, I am responsible for the other 50%. Due to my credit not being so great they worked out an in-house payment plan with me. That, I appreciate. But after yesterday, that won’t be beneficial anymore since I won’t be returning. If anyone or cosmetic dentist is reading this, and you know of a good establishment - please email me at [email protected]. I have MetLife insurance.

Yesterday, 9/25/2020, I was scheduled for root canal and crowns. I was running late, so arrived at 9:28. For some reason, the doctor seemed irritated. Maybe because I was late or had missed a previous appt. I don’t know but her demeanor seemed off. I ignored it because I just wanted to get my work completed and get out of there.

Before starting the root canal they took my impressions for the crowns. Asked what color I wanted. Then started to numb me for the root canal procedure. The goal was to perform the root canal and crowns in one visit. I would then return for the additional work. She ask me what was I going to do about the other work. And I responded that I would return later because I only had funds for the work that we were doing. She said are you getting all of them done today? And I responded no. At that point, she seemed irritated. She attempted the root canal and from what it seemed things were going well. Until she stopped and said she may have to refer me to an endodontics specialists because she was unable to continue the work. So during the middle of my root canal procedure, she stopped and walked out of the room. Went to call another specialists to find out if they could see me due to some challenges where she couldn’t get the instrument to reach the root to apply the therapy. So Dr. recommended me to see a Endodontics specialist who had a microscope who could perform the work.

They were unavailable around 10:30 when stopped. So she contacted another specialists, the second one who said they were available at 5pm. So begins to seal and close the holes she did and doesn’t complete the work. I asked her if I could just get the crowns instead of a root canal because the pulp and nerve had already been removed from a previous root canal. She indicated that it was too long ago and demanded that it be redone. I asked if I could return that day she she said no. I kept asking well tomorrow, and she appeared annoyed.

So I took her recommendation and followed up with the referred Endodontics. However, was quoted $1290 for root canal therapy, scans, and microscopic equipment. I declined services and followed up with MA’s this morning on 9/26/2020. My frustration is why would you attempt to perform a root canal if you aren’t an endodontics specialist? Each case is different. While another patients root canal may have been successful, each patient case is unique. I had already had a root canal performed. So my case is unique because I have crowns and a previous root canal. Therefore, the pulp and nerves were removed. So there was no infection or pain. So why was a third root canal necessary? Then I asked what other options and she said tooth extraction. I’m not extracting my teeth because you don’t know what the hell you're doing.

In the future, take some Endodontics training. Stop performing Endodontics work and then run into challenges mid-way and refer your patients to a specialist when you get stuck. It’ll save your time and your patients.

Respectfully,
Ms.Mack

If I could give this place more stars I would. I'm their patient over a year now and I'm so happy I found them. I got a few root canals, cavities and crowns with Dr. Janice Dionisio and I'm totally happy with all her work. She is very calm and caring. She explained me all my dental issues and gave me the best choices for my needs. She really cares about my dental health and I feel well taking care of. She is the old school type of doctor that really cares and listens and that advice you with what's best for you. The office worked with me a plan that I was able to afford even if I maxed out my insurance.
( I have a lot of dental issues that I overlooked for long time).
I got cleanings here also and the technicians were great also.
The office is super clean, they are always in time, affordable and always with a smile.

I've been in for a dental cleaning on the 26th May 2020 and I am so happy to have chosen this dental studio for my care. They are very well organized, everything super clean, all staff was wearing masks, the dental technician and the doctor were having high protection respirators, gaunes, gloves. The room had proffessional air purifier. They used a special device made with disposable transparent lining on top of me to protect from droplets going all over. They were amazing as always. I felt very safe and well taking care of.
I would give the 10 stars if possible.

Wow, what an incredible experience! MA’s is truly taking care of their customer and their own. Sue was my hygienist and she did an incredible job and did my cleaning through multiple layers of protective equipment to include a make shift plastic wrap type of box. Honestly, I don’t know how she did it and not once did I ever feel uncomfortable. Great job guys, I mean gals!
