I called with extreme tooth pain that I just woke up with one day, and they kept giving me a hard time trying to set an appointment. It turned out that my "dentist" who I had met once for 5 minutes was out of town so they wanted me to wait for her to be back in town. I finally said that I was in extreme pain and didn't care who worked on me as long as it stopped, so I got an appointment for a few days later.
They did all the work, but the filling was so high that I could literally put a dime on one side of my mouth, bite down, and the teeth on the side with the work would hit first. When I called to get this fixed there was, again, all this run around about getting me in.
They did the work, but did not finish it properly. I've never had a filling that was overfilled like that before - indeed, I didn't even know what was going on. I have never been in pain like that before, and the dentist who did it couldn't be bothered to stay late an extra 20 minutes to fix it? I instead had to wait 5 or 6 days for an appointment? One time I really didn't like the color my hair dresser did, so she told me to come in the next day and she stayed late to fix it at no charge. My teeth are way more important than my hair, and again, they can't be bothered to fix this?
When I finally got in, it took like 20 minutes to fix. I mentioned that the inital pain was still there, and was told to just keep flossing. As it turns out, the overfilling was actually aggrevating the pain it was supposed to fix. But even after that second appointment it still wasn't fixed. It took me a day or two to realize this because it had been so messed up that the halfway relief they had given me was huge.
Upon realizing that my teeth still weren't lining up properly when biting, I went to another dentist, who showed me how the bite paper was clearly showing that it needed to be sanded down. In 10 minutes I was good and within a week the pain finally went away.
I was super disappointed by this experience. The hygienist and the staff are all very nice, and no one was rude or disrespectful, but the fact that I had to go through so many hoops when 1.) I was in a lot of pain and 2.) the subsequent issues were their fault have just made me lose total faith in them.
This was my experience. I hope that others have had better ones with them and that this was a fluke. As I said, everyone was very friendly and it was super modern inside, but this debacle was just too much for me.
