I always have a good experience when visiting my dentist at the Konikoof practice on Cedsr Rd. In Chesapeake. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpgul. I am seen promotly and very well cared for.

While I like the facilities and doctors, trying to get someone to answer the phone when trying to making an apt or have questions regarding your bill is next to impossible. You need lots of patience when waiting on them to call you back.

They wow you with amentities but so do some jiffy lubes yet you would never go there for any real work for your car!! At least Jiffy Lube knows their limitations and doesn't offer any real work!!
I went there in pain and they referred me out. My wife was having severe pain in one of her molers and went to them. THey told her she needed to get a crown and over a thousand dollars later and the pain is much the same.

Unfortunately, I cracked a tooth. Konikoff was able to get me in the next business day and repair my tooth and I honestly can’t even see where it was cracked. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Great experience at my dental appointment (wonderful dentist), but need to improve (greatly) on how patients schedule appointments. I’m a current patient, but it was very difficult to schedule an appointment to fix a chipped tooth.
