Excellent experience! From the receptionist to registratio (Anne is fabulous and the very definition of customer service) to Lauren and Dr. Rahman, my experience was professional, efficient, and yes, I'll say it enjoyable. That's saying a lot when talking about a dental appointment! I've already referred two people to this wonderful practice. Who said that customer service is dead...not at Konikoff.

My entire experience was outstanding. They worked to get my three boys and I scheduled together. My 3 year old had a great first experience at the dentist. The kids room is really comfy and there was also a tv on my dental chair. We were in and out fast for our cleanings. Great place and very nice staff.

They were wonderful and Dr Fields was Great, very straightforward. Have to have a tooth pulled and they worked their hardest to find me someone, sent me there , when I got there they knew I had epilepsy and wouldn't do it said I needed to be put to sleep. Long story short a call to 2 doctors later I'm crying they couldn't fit me in. I call Konikoff dental and with in 10 mins I have an appt for Fri after the others said they could get in touch with anyone. There great and it was my 1st visit!!!

The absolute best dental experience in my life. I broke a wisdom tooth the night before and called every dentist in the area in the morning. I finally called Konikoff and they were able to squeeze me in the same day even though they were booked. Everyone is very friendly and make you feel comfortable the moment you set foot in the door. The front desk, dental assistant and the dentist were all outstanding. I will never go to another dentist again. I never been so happy while getting a tooth pulled. Thanks for saving me today. I actually look forward to going to my next appointment.

I will be honest with you I absolutely love the staff. They are very nice very patient and very understanding. They answer all your questions they walk you through every procedure, and most importantly they make sure that you are comfortable. This is the first dentist office that I have walked into and I have not been terrified I feel right at home when I walk in the office I feel very comfortable talking with everybody there and they break down every step for me to make sure that I am getting the best care in the best plan that fits my needs. I would highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for a family dentist.

Me my wife and daughter have been going to Konikoff 4 20 years. We have never sought care elsewhere because they care has always been excellent gentle and compassionate. The appointments are always on time and the prices are fair, and I occasionally get to use credits my account from prior payments to pay for new services. For example, today I needed a filling replaced that fell out and I had enough credit on my account that there was no charge for today services and I still had a small credit left!
You simply won't find better service, facilities and especially staff, hygienists and dentist anywhere! They come with my highest regards in all facets of their warm and welcoming offices and staff.

Great team here, I've had many issues with other dentists in the area, but Konikoff took great care of me! Teri was a delight and answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable, as I generally get very anxious going to the dentist. BEST IN HAMPTON ROADS!

I have never been more impressed with a group of medical professionals in my entire life. My daughter needed a baby tooth pulled but, due to previous bad experiences, she refused any numbing medication.
Several people, including Dr. Konikoff worked calmly and patiently with her to accommodate her wishes, even when she was being rather difficult. I can't thank them enough. I
wouldn't dream of going to any other dentist.

My sons and I enjoyed our first visit and will definitely be going back! The location is great, and Dr. Konikoff is the friendliest dentist I have ever met. He explained everything to me clearly, and the kids were taken to a separate room for their exams - no complaints. There is a small kids theater in the front of the office (I believe he explained it's a childhood memory thing, and in every location of his), so the children can wait for their appointment in comfort and without driving the parents crazy. At the end, fees were explained to me clearly, and there was no pressure to book a follow-up appointment - it was when/if I wanted. No complaints here!!
