My grandaughter came in for cleaning and checkup. She needed some surgery done to fix several teeth. They said by September we should get a call to schedule. Never did. I called twice and was given run around. Then to get copies of xrays , one lady was rude . Second lady was nice. Disappointed in them..

Dr. Fields and professional staff rendered exemplary care and service more abundantly compassionate and with peerless depth of concern. My Lord Yeshua, Jesus, promised He would never leave me, nor forsake me and that He would be with me wherever I go. As promised, when I needed medical attention, Christ was there and His ambassadors prayed for me while seated in the chair. Had they not prayed, my ambulance transport would have been in vain. I highly recommend Konikoff Dental Association for every person desiring a GAINFUL and not painful experience. From the loving reception team to its medical assistants, billing coordinator and department, no stone was left unturned. Their office management and operation? Seamless! How do I know? One of my former occupations involved professional business quality insurance auditing! Thank you Dr. Michael Fields and Staff for an experience indelibly inscribed throughout my being. Dr. Field and his staff are great. Attentive, professional and very competent. Love the ultrasonic teeth cleaning with Rebecca. Receptionist is wonderful as well as insurance/schedulers.

I love going to the dentist ! How many people can say that? . I especially love visiting this office I see Dr. Rahman , always friendly , gentle and professional! I love the staff from the smiling faces at front desk to the last person I visit in billing . Always a pleasant experience and more importantly they communicate very well so you always now what’s going on . I don’t mind the hour drive knowing I’m in good hands here. I highly recommend Konikoff Cedar road office !

My hygienist not only was very professional, patient and knowledgeable but she has the BEST name, Sherri, spelled just like mine. I was very nervous about attending this appointment because I hadn’t been to the dentist in a very long time. I had anxiety going in and my gut told me to cancel. But Sherri turned everything around. From the time she came to get me from the waiting area to the time she returned me to the checkout, she made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed because I neglected my health for so long. I will definitely be back for treatment and routine cleanings with her by my side. Her empathy was heartfelt for me. She should be a trainer for new hygienist because she genuinely and professionally knows how to treat the customer. When I left I told her, you have a life long patient here! Thank you Sherri!!!

I don't like Dentist.. l had an very Bad Experience at one 15 years ago. And lm paying for it. Konikoff Dental Associates on Cedar Road. Was so kind and friendly. I Have not SMILE or been Happy on how my mouth ( teeth) Look. Don't know when or if l will ever smile again.

Over 15 years with this dental office at the original Chesapeake location AND not one complaint from me. My husband & I have had the same hygienist...shout out to Mel. My adult sons still get their services at the Cedar Road location as well. Appreciate what you do for my fam...Thanks!
