Working with Tara at the front desk is a dream as she is friendly, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. The technology is state of the art, with a live camera and immediate, on-screen X-ray reviews. My hygienist Jennifer was thorough, informed, and willing to go the extra mile. Their COVID protocol is the best I've experienced.

Dr. Cahn was very caring of how I felt with my newly fixed partial. He made sure it fit to my satisfaction. I went in as a new patient still got my partial back the same day! Plus it looked better than my original. Their fees are reasonably priced for those of us who are self pay. The staff was amazingly sweet! Thanks everyone!!

New client. Been in Richmond almost 4 years but we were still using our dentist back home which is 5hrs away. I had a filling come out. I asked several neighbors for a referral. The 1st referral was Village dental whom I called & had to leave a voicemail & I never heard back from. 2nd referral was to West End Dental. Tara answered the phone & was able to schedule me for an appointment within 3 days. She nicely explained couldn’t get me in for cleaning just yet but would take care of my immediate problem.
This place was awesome. Newer technology than my long time dentist. Very knowledgeable staff. My filling was replaced in no time & they were even able to slip me in for a much needed cleaning which was the best I’d had in a long time. I even rcvd restaurant suggestions that I can put these choppers to work at. I was impressed and that’s not easy to do. I’m picky. I will be referring some of my new neighbors here. I’m looking forward to building a relationship with West End Dental.

Great experience today! Dr. Cahn and Dana tag-teamed to fix my crown and additional filling. I didn’t feel the Novocain going in and I never had any pain during the whole procedure. SO WONDERFUL! Tara was awesome! she helped me with scheduling and payment plan - Nice to have that option. I highly recommend this team!
