Lifetime Dentistry at Short Pump

I'll be honest, I hate going to the dentist. It's never been my favorite thing to do. I'm so grateful I found Dr. Vo at Lifetime Dentistry and her staff. They are true professionals and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. I felt at ease the moment I walked in. I recommend Lifetime Dentistry to anyone!

This practice is awesome! On 2 occassions Dr. Jain has helped my family with same-day emergency services. She first helped me a couple of years ago during the July 4th holiday. I had broken a filling and part of my tooth was broken too. I chatted online with someone after 8pm and was given an appt. for the next morning. Dr. Jain did a fabulous job on my temporary crown and the permanent one looks perfectly natural! A couple of weeks ago, my mother needed an emergency extraction of 2 teeth (one was a wisdom tooth). I called that morning and she was seen that afternoon. My mother was so impressed coming in the door at how friendly and genuinely compassionate the entire staff is. They could tell that she was in pain and did everything possible to make her comfortable and get her procedure started as soon as possible. The procedure was somewhat complicated, but Dr. Jain was determined to get the job done that night and end my mother's week-long suffering. My mother was so pleased with Dr. Jain's skill level and bedside manner that she is leaving her new dentist to become a patient at Lifetime. I'll be there too for my next checkup. Our dentist retired, but our teeth have found a new home. Dr. Jain is a skilled professional, but she is truly a caregiver. That is rare, but so important when entrusting your health to someone.

The atmosphere is cool they make you very comfortable.no pressure at all very professional good work. if you have questions they go over everything you will feel good when you leave them.

Modern office with new equipment and bright atmosphere. Staff cordial and polite. Hygienist had nice chair side manner and demonstrated good technique and skill during 6 month preventative cleaning.

Very nice staff, I don’t really like going to the dentist but they made me feel good about everything. Very straight to the point and in and out.

The dental care is great. However, there needs to be a better protocol when patients have secondary health plans. I was waiting for a pre-determination because to get a cap on my tooth my secondary dental plan has two waiting periods based on the billing code for a cap (according to the representative for the dental insurance), the pre-determination never happened and it's a 3 to 4 week process. So, I have to pay over $650 out of pocket without knowing if my secondary insurance would cover any of the cost. My primary is paying 50% of the cost. If I felt that I could sustain waiting any longer I would. But, the tooth that the root canal was done on it cracked and causing discomfort in my mouth around the gum.
