Lifetime Dentistry at Short Pump

The staff always was warm and welcoming!! Covid-19 measures were always in place. The atmosphere was a great experience all around, they went above and beyond!!! I'm still currently in the process of my dental work but so far I'm so happy to smile with confidence again!!

I fell in love with this office. Everyone was so pleasant, they made me feel comfortable. Dr. Vo was so pleasant and gentle. She made me feel like I was very important and she took her time to explain everything in detail. I’m so glad I decided to come here. I recommend anyone to this dental practice. You guys are awesome!!!!

I Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit at Lifetime Dentistry at Shortpump. The entire staff was very pleasant, patient, and helpful. One of my biggest concerns as a patient is the atmosphere and cleanliness of a doctors office. The office was very clean and had a great ambience. Looking forward to my next visit!

Classic bait and switch. My first visit I went because of their $59 new patient special, which was to include x-rays, exam and cleaning. The technician who did the x-rays was incredibly slow, and although the doctor who did the exam was friendly and professional enough, they told me I needed a deep cleaning, to the time of $590. I was there for two hours and only got the x-rays and exam! They wanted to schedule me for the deep cleaning, and when I said no they refused to do a regular cleaning. Then they had the gall to send me a bill for $60 for the exam and x-rays! I was looking for a new dentist for me and my kids, they not only lost one customer but 4.

I don't normally do reviews, but feel compelled to do so with this dental practice. I made myself sick over having to have dental work done -- I could kick myself -- it was so easy and painless. The technicians and hygenists are the nicest people you ever want working on your mouth and they truly care about your comfort. Dr. Kaleswaran could not have been more patient or gentle with me. I never felt a thing.

I went to Dr Trinh for a second opinion and because he takes Delta Dental ( my insurance) I felt he was very thorough and pleasant. He did a great job explaining my situation and letting me know having my crown replaced wasn’t necessary at this point in time.
I’m grateful to have someone who’s not out for the money.

Lifetime dentistry is the best dentist office I've ever been to. The staff at Short Pump is so friendly ,kind and also it's a no judge place! They are here to help with all your dental needs. They enjoy seeing their patients happy it's why they love their job . So from someone who was afraid of going to the dentist I give my dentist office 5 stars! I recommend them to any body and everyone. Thank you for all you have done to help me accomplish my goals .

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. There was a mix-up on the date of my appointment, but they saw me anyway. The staff was kind, courteous and efficient. I look forward to them handling my dental needs in the future.

So friendly and caring. Really put you at ease if you are anxious at all. Knowledgeable and really care about you as a patient.

The office is clean. The staff are very pleasant. My hygienist Ashley is the BEST - I’ve been going to this location for more than 7 years.
