Lifetime Dentistry at Short Pump

Every single person in this office is amazing. They're so sweet and patient. Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had. Dr K works magic her knowledge and talent really makes you feel taken care of. I dont think Ill ever go to another dentist.

This used to be a good place to go but not anymore. I had scheduled an appointment in the beginning of March for mid April, which was the closest opening at the time. I was sent a text 2 days before my appointment saying I would need to reschedule, because it had been a while since I had been there, and my appointment needed more time. When I tried to reschedule, I talked to Mary who told me the next opening wouldn't be until August. I tried to plead with her to keep my appointment and if it could somehow be adjusted for time, since it was their mistake to begin with, and I already waited over a month and a half for this date and would have to wait another 4 months. She was rude and very indifferent to my situation and didn’t try to work with me at all. She ended the conversation with “do you just want to cancel?”. A patient should not be treated this way. If a place of business makes a mistake, they should try to rectify it in a reasonable manner, which was not the case here. I will no longer recommend this place.

I made an appointment and specified in which tooth there was the problem because I had already evaluated it with my dentist, on the day of the appointment I said again in which tooth and I said I had the x-ray. I went to the dentist to evaluate me, they took another x-ray, wrapped me around for another 20 minutes to tell me that they didn't do a root canal in that tooth, that I had said several times that it was in this tooth that I felt pain. They charged me for the consultation, in short, they robbed me.

Dr. K is the best Dentist!!! We love her! She’s so warm, personable, kind & detailed. If you’re looking for a practice that cares for you as a person, search no further. We highly reccommended this office.

Everyone I met was extremely nice! The staff explained to me all that was going on with my teeth and gums in clear, plain language while explaining how to fix any problems. I also never felt rushed through which was very nice. Highly recommend.

This was my first time at Lifetime Dentistry at Short Pump, and it exceeded all my expectations. This was by far the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had done. All of the staff, including Debbie, Ashley, and Dr. K, were very kind and knowledgeable. They created a treatment plan for me that was easy to follow and understand. My only callout would be that the initial appointment took close to 2.5 hours with all the exams, tests, consultations, and cleaning. This helped them be very thorough, just something to keep in mind if it is the middle of the work day. Thank you!

Dr. K is absolutely the best. My crown came off and last minute she was able to work me into her schedule. I have never felt more comfortable and so cared for! This whole team is amazing from the front desk staff to the dental assistants in the back. Everyone was so kind and treated me with the most respect.

Excellent professional courtesy and service. The doctor gave me detailed info about my needs. The assistant was knowledgeable and professional. This was my first visit and I was very pleased. I plan to go forward with my dental work with Lifetime and I have already mentioned the dentistry to my daughter.
