For many years I have feared the dentist. This has led to many issues with my teeth. This past weekend I had the most intense pain from a broken tooth which had become infected. A lot of places make you wait so long for help that the pain eventually goes away and I change my mind to go. I had finally decided this was pain I NEVER want to feel again. Lifetime Dentistry got me an appointment to be seen within days. Every single employee that I spoke to or spoke to me was so very nice and welcoming. Lifetime has the friendliest staff and Doctors in Richmond. That's very important when you are going to the dentist. Additionally, the sanitation protocols they have in place are by far the BEST I have seen. Every detail had been thought of in their protocol. They personally escort each patient from the parking lot to the dental chair
and then back to your car after your
appointment. They wipe down every touch point along the way after each patient. AMAZING!!
Special side note...The dental chairs have back massagers!! Nice touch!!

My experience with Dr. Youssef (or Dr. Harvey) was top notch. He was professional, friendly, relatable, and I could tell that he wanted the best for me in all of his decisions. His goal is truly to fix your problem in the safest and most beneficial way - he only does what’s necessary. Beyond that, the entire staff was welcoming and kind. I had a fun, relaxing time, which I wouldn’t normally say about a visit with the dentist.
