Lifetime Dentistry at Short Pump

I have been going to lifetime for a few years now and I 100 percent recommend this place. I always hated going to the dentist. I had a Bad childhood dentist. Dr K makes me feel so at home which I never thought was even possible at a dentist office. With her and all of the amazing employees there, it absolutely is. It doesn’t even feel like I’m going to the dentist anymore but more like me going to see family! Dr K takes her time with each one of her patients and helps everyone feel so comfortable. Also her assistants are so so welcoming and sweet and truly add to the whole family vibe in the office. I can’t say enough great things about them! The hygienists are amazing and kind and personable and the front desk ladies are so welcoming and even thru the mask on they greet you with a big old smile! They also have taken all the necessary precautions to make me feel safe getting my teeth cleaned during the pandemic.

My whole family has been seen here for seven years. Ashley is our usual hygienist and I cannot praise her skill and expertise enough as well as her patience, kindness and commitment to patient education. She works well with young adults to keep things real about risks of poor dental health practices at home but she is also very encouraging. All of the providers we have seen here have impressed us thoroughly. The front desk staff are always friendly, even with last minute changes or forgotten appointments and we have had great support with getting in quickly when it is urgent especially if we were in pain. I appreciate this practice and look forward to remaining a client for years to come.

The staff here at lifetime are very friendly and welcoming they are also being very cautious with covid. I have always had anxiety about going to the dentist but lifetime has made every appointment and operation very comfortable. Thank you lifetime!!

First time visiting this facility and I must say, I was very impressed. My wait time was very short, the tech and the doctor was friendly and professional. I am new to the area and was looking for a great dentist and I found one at Lifetime Dentistry. Highly recommend.

Exceptional experience! Was able to get my 80 yr old mother in the same day she had a dental mishap. Everyone was so friendly and empathetic. The dentist stayed late and worked on her for 2 1/2 hours! Highly recommend them.

I’ve been going here for about 2-3 years now and love it. Since childhood I’ve always been nervous about going to the dentist and have had really bad experiences with my previous dentist, but I actually look forward to my appointments at Lifetime.

I always have a great experience with my hygienist, Ashley, and Dr. K. Both are very patient and take their time to explain everything to me.

I came in for an emergency appointment as my wisdom tooth was killing me. The staff was Top Notch. Professional, courteous, considerate, punctual and a breath of fresh air. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr K. Was amazing! I had an abscess and had to have a tooth extracted. She was gentle and fast! She took time to make sure I was comfortable!! Will be back again soon! 😊
